The team at CarWorks Collision not only cares about your vehicle but they also care about you, and getting you back on the road. They will work with your insurance company. They use only quality OEM replacement parts (no cheap aftermarket parts here!). And they stay in touch with you throughout the process. What impressed me the most was they went the extra mile for another small issue I had, AND prior to picking up my truck they detailed it! Who does that?? I’ll tell ya who… A business who truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers, that’s who! One of the things that I loved most about them, was they made me feel like family!! They are truly one of the BEST locally owned, small businesses I’ve had the pleasure of working with in quite awhile. We HIGHLY recommend CarWorks Collision Repair in San Tan Valley is the only place everyone should go. Jason and Christina are AMAZING! They do such amazing job, really takes pride of their work, they dont use used parts, very friendly and just takes good care of the vehicles and customers.

They did an amazing job on the repairs, Kristina was very communicative throughout the whole process and also delt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. This collision repair center is the best. Jason and Kristina treat you like family. They have attributes that are priceless, like respect, honesty, and trustworthy individuals. They were able to send a Towtruck to pick up my vehicle, not like Caliber collision. Who told me they couldn’t, due to the insurance carrier I was making a claim through. If I am ever in an accident again I will make sure to be a repeat customer. Stop stressing dealing with the insurance on your own. At Carworks they will help expedite the process to be effortless and smooth as possible. Shoutout the whole Carworks team, they’re really the G.O.A.T of collision repairs.

We have a high roof 15 passenger ford transit van that was rear ended . Car works repaired our van, and went over and beyond. Our children had broken a passenger door handle and they repaired it in addition to the damage from the accident. When we picked up our van it was detailed as well. We highly recommend car works, excellent attention to detail & great customer service

Nothing but great things to say about CarWorks Collision Repair! Was in a car accident, and immediately the shop took my truck in and started working on it! My husband's car was side swiped, other driver's insurance was Progressive. They were awful, but CarWorks was amazing! They fought the insurance company to do the right thing, kept us informed as things were happening, and did not back down when the insurance company tried leave us hanging. Kristina was more than nice, informative, genuinely helpful and cared! Hope we don't need their services again but for sure would recommend to anyone! 5 stars!

Very professional and very knowledgeable. Very clean shop. Not like most of these other chain body shops that will haphazardly put your vehicle together, just to get your car out the door just a very down to earth family owned business can’t go wrong
