the work quality is not good at all, took my car in for break pad and rotor change, when done they forgot to put the bolt in one of the break caliber to secured it. this mistake could just kill me and my wife, I need to spend more time to bring it back to fix, take to tire shop for rebalance. over all I am not happy at all

Called to find out price and time frame for an alignment. "Oh, hour maybe.. hour and a half"... Make an appointment, drop my car off. FOUR HOURS LATER they haven't touched it. I wish I could write about the quality of their work, but since they never bothered to work on my car, I guess I wont. I went ahead and picked it up and I'm taking it someplace where they actually follow through. If you're taking it here... good luck.

Jeremy the manager was super honest, beat Honda of superstition springs dealership quote by 1k! Really helped us out where he could. They hire great people there too, everyone is very helpful, we wouldn't go anywhere else to get our cars done.

One of my headlights went out, and I went to a couple different auto stores, bought one, but they both said that I needed to go to an auto shop to get it put in. AutoZone recommended Brakes Plus, so I called and talked to Kyle about coming in at 4. When I got there, he told me that unfortunately it would still cost for the labor that would only be for 30 minutes or less but would be around $80 at the most. I’m actually struggling financially and I just moved to Arizona recently, so I’m still trying to get established out here and am very low on funds. But he was so sweet and sensed that I really needed the help. He said “you know what, I’ll take a look and see if I can do it really quick.” He finished it within less than five minutes at no charge! I’m so grateful for him! His customer service was spectacular and made me feel really comfortable as well. I definitely recommend him and this place for your needs. Thanks again, Kyle! You rule! <3
