I want to thank SCOTT an amazing technician! I was at autozone all morning trying to test issues with my vehicle and it was a mystery as to why my vehicle was not starting or charging the battery and no lights working. He helped me solve the problem. Even though he doubted his own solution he really solved the problem. I hope he knows he helped me. I was on the phone all morning with my mechanic. Scott took the time to help me and used his personal knowledge to find what I was looking for. It was a simple battery cable clamp fix. I hope Scott knows that simple repair made my car run without issues. A seventeen dollar part had my vehicle completely offline. Yes the battery clamps were dirty but they were also worn. They needed to be replaced. Thank you! Thank you! It was that simple of a repair.

very unprofessional staff. they’re supposed to open at 7. i got there at 7:30 and no one was there. staff didn’t begin to arrive until 8. i will not be returning to this location

Very unprofessional opening late, I showed up at 7:30 and no one was there even after waiting 10 minutes, I’m very disappointed and I had to take my business elsewhere where they actually open on time .

Yvette was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took her time to explain what was going on with my car. I highly recommend this Combs Rd in San Tan Valley location & specifically Yvette. She deserves to be promoted! 5 star customer service!

Went in to buy stuff to wash my truck and the china men was very unpolite and threw my cash back all over the counter. I had to grab bill by bill and did not want to give me a bag for my 10 items. Not recommended

Waiting in line with no one in front of me. Employees were busy chatting. One looks at me, goes back to chatting. Walks over to the register turns and keeps chatting. Looks at me for the third time and calls me over. As get to the counter he turns and continues chatting. Scans my item and keeps chatting. Finally hands me my receipt and say, Here, you go."

Do not go to this store, workers are very lazy and 1000% scammers, i tried to do an exchange, and they said they couldn't and had to do a return. Never got anything from that. The worker stole from me, and i, after over 20 years of buying from autozone, i will never go back. Kragen only now. Learn how to hire decemt people.

Jeffery and Luke we're a huge help today. Got stuck on my project and needed a brake spreader. Came in. They located the tool. They helped me compress the Piston at the counter and saved the day for me. Appreciate the great customer service.
