Worst service ever my brother in law walked in he grabed the pellet rifle he wanted and they couldn’t sell it to him because i was with him and im not old enough to buy a rifle like are you serious he was the one buying it for himself

You can find a lot of things in here from groceries, cooked food, bakery, clothes, toys, pharmacy, it is a convenience place to buy aeverything you need for your house without going to different stores and save you time. The check out is fast because they have many self registers open.

Clean store but I called and asked if they had a certain milk for a newborn baby. They "checked" and reassured me they had three available. When I arrived, coming from yuma, they didn't have it. I was disappointed because I drove all the way over there for my child. Something important. Customer service is everything. THIS IS YOUR WALMART AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I saw a worker She was Coughing she looked like she was sick or just playing around and I saw ?like what looks like they were blocking the walking way in front of me so I had to make room for me to be able to pass she looked at me like why I moved her cart she was blocking me. I felt like she didn't care in san Luis Arizona.

Clean store, the personnel are kind and helpful. Lines are usually long during the day, but nighttime is always the best time to shop.

They periodically force people to line up outside before allowing them to enter the store. Certain sections inside have their own checkout registers - which is convenient if you don't plan on buying anything else and thus can skip the long lines at the main checkout area (but would be a bit of a pain if you plan on going to any other area of the store before or after, having to both pay yet again and being aware that this store doesn't trust you).

Very very bad cuatomer service and no managers to be found. I get it their might be some shoplifting happening and having lock almost everything but at least give all your personal a key so that any associate can help in any department. Store manager seems to put almost everything under lock but one associate has the key and if that associate goes on break/lunch break, how is Walmart going to provide good customer service if minimal staff should have access to keys that items that are locked. So what lost prevention doing? Call the store twice to see if I could speak to a manager no one pick up the phone either. Thanks for Yelp I guess couldnt address my concern with store manager. Let see if they step it up with customer service and opening more registers.

This Wal-mart has the worst customer service you can think of. Today I was at self checkout and the cashier name "Mayra" was literally standing behind me while I was scanning my items as if I was stealing. When I told her that it was rude what she was doing she gave me a look like she didn't care, her exact words where "I don't care what your doing, I get pay to stand here". With her response I just looked at her and told her she has horrible customer service and she proceeded to keep arguing me that she didn't care what I was doing, then I needed help with the payment as me and my brother were doing split payments and she literally said "I'M NOT HELPING YOU, I DONT CARE"' and she walked away. It's very sad that in such a small town wal mart have ignorant, uneducated and unprofessional people working for them. Need-less to say it all starts from upper management, so that tells what kind of manager this store

3 reasons for 3 stars rather than 5: 1- This Walmart is always busy and check out takes so long because not enough lanes are opened. 2- Even though employees are Hispanic, they should be speaking English in a professional workplace. I speak 3 languages and understand having English as a second language, but it's not an excuse not to even try in a professional setting. 3- This location has much less organic products compared to other Walmarts.

Update from my previous review. They now added self checkouts but they need to train their employees on keeping them working. It seem there is always a couple of machines that don't work, don't take cash or credit. So lines on self checkouts are long at times. They still have 2 checkouts open at a time.
