It took 25 minutes waiting at the drive thru... literally the only person who is Bad... it hurts they take up more people... 1 person for 3 car lines... A NOOOOO Excellent customer service but drive thru HORRIBLE

Go to another bank. One lady Chase representative is rude and meaning. They don’t help you without appointment but always is empty lobby and always al least 2-3 weeks wait to get one appointment. It’s really annoying

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from any business. Hour waits. The supervisor and tellers know that you are at their mercy since you would have to drive a minimum 45 minutes to get to another branch in Yuma. I called corporate and wasn't much they could do. The supervisor on duty condescendingly encouraged the complaint call as she indicated that then she might get more assistance/employees.

Since at 3pm I been calling to request for a new card and they don't answer at all ..3 hours calling them ...what type of service is this... what a disappointment.

Chase representatives are professional and courteous to customers however, this location is seriously under staff; it's always a 2 hour minimum wait period. This location needs to hire more staff in order to provide services to all customers in a timely manner.

Worst service ever! Understaffed. Always packed, take forever to get things done. Tell you waiting time is shorter than what it really is. Spend 1 hour trying to get a direct deposit slip and I didn't even get it because it was closing time.

Even though the bank closes at 6:00PM, if you need a banker make sure you are there before 2:30PM if not they wont be ale to speak to you. They dont do any appointments.Been trying to see a banker for 3 days for some issues but will go to Yuma instead. Bad service/ understaffed
