Would rate 0/5 stars if I could. My Internet went down Oct 11 and again Nov 11. Technicians aren't available when I'm available. In October I needed to wait over two weeks to get it fixed. This time I'm just canceling the account. The only good thing is that they did credit my account. But that's literally the least they could do. Go with anyone else, really. I live in Tuba City. NTUA or even StarLink

Buyer beware, the St Michaels office will quote you one price and the price will almost double when the company sends you an email to confirm the order.

Frontier out of Window Rock is TRASH. Ongoing disconnections throughout the day for hours at a time. I've made several appointments to fix the issue and it either doesn't get fixed or nobody shows up. The techs are worthless and there is no communication in the company or desire to fix issues. Customer service just tries to send people to fix the issue and they don't show up. Endless cycle of nothing. Boycott this company until they show they value customers. Time to get Starlink and stop overpaying for this trash.

Frontier has really dropped the ball on internet service out here. Internet is exceedingly slow and frequently drops service. Sometimes the loss of service lasts several hours. Honestly, if there were another reasonably priced game in town, I'd jump ship in a heartbeat. I know that many of my neighbors have shifted away from Frontier to Starlink just to get decent service. Frontier really needs to upgrade their equipment to something that is faster and more reliable. Otherwise I imagine the negative reviews will persist.Honestly, I was going to give Frontier a 1-star review, but the staff who take my calls at this specific location are pleasant enough, and they didn't choose to provide us with garbage internet, so I'm giving this location another star as a nod to them and their efforts in the midst of the pitiful hand they've been dealt.

I have been without services since Oct 28 2022. I keep reporting it, and every time it's supposed to be fixed, it gets pushed back. Why pay for services that aren't working at all. They credit me, but I got billed for December when my service got pushed back another 2 weeks again. They took all my credit for services I don't have. Do not recommend it.

I ordered Frontier internet in Sept 2022. I’m still waiting for the installation. I keep getting told that my work order is with a department and to call at the end of each month. It’s Dec. almost January and still nothing. About to cancel my order because this is ridiculous

Horrible company. Internet service is always interrupted not once not twice but at least 3 or more times a month. It’s usually interrupted for a couple days with no technicians dispatched. Do not recommend to anyone… surprised they are even operating still

Frontier is a business right so why do the women that sit in the front office pick up the phone. I pay for services, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. Get it right. Frontier needs PROFESSIONAL personal who can answer a phone call in regards to service.

They don't have or offer products that they are "selling" very poor customer service they don't give you a call about details happening, they make you wait on the phone operating system for hours before picking up a call.

Internet service is excellent and monthly payment is affordable. I never experienced difficulties with my service. Technical service is good. They walk you through if you are having problems with your internet or have any questions. Keep up the good work.?

Quite literally the WORST internet service. Internet service always turning off. Company won't dispatch technicians to fix the internet we're paying for. Tried calling they leave you on hold, and keep referring you to different people. They avoid fixing their "outdated" wires. Making online classes nearly impossible, during this pandemic. Terrible experience with this company. The Navajo Nation president needs to let other internet providers on to our reservation. We can have faster more reliable service.
