They have no food is not a restaurant is a monastery. Great place to go and meditate, the only bad thing is is too dry. The water ponds are dry it look sad

About Holy Trinity Monastery
Welcome to Holy Trinity Monastery Center! Founded in 1974 as a Benedictine Monastery in the Olivetan tradition, our mission is to be a place of prayer, work, hospitality, and service so that all persons may grow in the love of God and one another. The Center hosts group and private retreats, classes, workshops, conferences and weddings. Also on the property are an auditorium, an adobe chapel, a library, and a number of artesian-fed ponds and lakes. Holy Trinity Monastery Center (HTMC), a non-profit corporation in Arizona.
