“Employee was very helpful, great attitude, great problem-solver, great on initiative. Transferring my phone number from Straight Talk went quite smoothly. Transferring data from old phone to new phone also went smoothly. Can't say anything about phone selection as my new T-Mobile phone was a gift. Outside store signage is inadequate -- particularly from the street--nearly impossible to tell from the street there is a T-Mobile store there. Supposedly T-Mobile is putting in a sign.”
