I am a 60 year old woman who bought 5 acres, with out buildings, a horse barn, and a Frankenstein mobile home! House was in DESPERATE need of being remodeled. A REAL FIXER UPPER! I was going to do the work myself but unfortunately became disabled shortly after I bought the place. I never even bothered to try to get insurance because this place is in such terrible shape. But at this point I desperately need a loan so I could have professionals do it, and without insurance you can't get a loan.RACHEL IS SO AWESOME! I literally spent 3 days and probably 18 hours on the phone calling every insurance company possible, no dice. RACHEL probably spent a total of four or five hours on the phone calling every carrier that they have. And the very last one was willing to take me on. AND, my rate that I got is unbelievably low! ($50 A MONTH!!!)THANK YOU SO MUCH RACHEL YOU ARE THE BOMB. TELL YOUR BOSS HE MADE A GOOD CHOICE HAVING YOU MOVE TO SAFFORD.KIM
