The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. My husband and I used to have them as our insurance carrier but we soon discovered they don’t care, in fact they could care less about you and your insurance needs. And, they didn’t have the courtesy to call us back plus they raised our insurance prices so high; maybe because my husband was getting older?We moved over to Progressive and are having much better service and care in Graham county. I do not recommend Farmers Insurance in Safford, Az.
