I have attended a few different yoga sessions with some of the instructors at Creative Flow Studios. I was very new to yoga when I started out and nervous to try it, but I have really enjoyed it and have discovered it's something that I need in my life! The simple act of breathing and becoming more aware of my body has really helped me with handling stress and clearing my head. I love how the studio uses punch cards for those that want to attend a yoga session, it's nice that I don't have to actually sign up for a weekly class or a membership! Thank you so much for all of the hard work at Creative Flow Studios, our town is lucky to have you!

Had a body scrub yesterday and it felt amazing. My skin is sooo soft and it was very relaxing. I'd recommend it for everyone!!! Brianna even released a knot on my shoulder that was causing my arm to ache. No aching arm last night.

My first venture into yoga and I am loving it. Sarah and Brianna are the greatest. Supportive, friendly, professional and so expert. Brianna is skillful at massage. I enjoy every minute at the studio. Highly recommend it, no matter what your level of yoga is.

Creative Flow Studios is an oasis in the desert where you will find an array of yoga classes to provide an escape from the stress of the world and to increase your flexibility. I've been going to HOT YOGA there pretty regularly as it's the only place in Safford that offers it and it has helped my hip pain and increased my flexibility so much. Also, they offer great massages with several highly qualified practitioners. My husband got me a massage for my birthday and my back felt so much better even after just one visit. If you haven't gone to yoga or gotten a massage here - You're missing out! Everyone is friendly, the environment is relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. I can't wait to book my mom for a massage for Mother's Day!
