Love this place, everyone is very happy and helpful. Been going here for 3 years, always enjoy my visits to get a late night snack, or a prescription after work. I believe this world is you get what you put in, seems like most reviews are just people who were having bad days, and couldn't stop to smell the flowers.

Horrible cashier service this evening and this past year. If I could give the review a zero I would. For the past 3 years I've gone to this location to complete monthly western union transactions to pay a bill. In the past few months none of the staff look like they want to be there nor to they offer to assist with any questions the instances I've visited. This evening I came in to complete my monthly western union transaction and Marco, the cashier, claimed he didn't know how to assist that he was not trained to do the "pay a bill section" under the financial category in western union. He asked the other staff person that didn't know how to do a simple task either. He claimed there wasn't a shift manager available nor did he even want to attempt to open the screen to assist. I gave him the pathing to enter into the screen field that was provided to me by a manager in the past for ease of assistance in future visits. If the transaction fee wasn't so expensive to process in the app of $44.00 opposed to in the store of $17.99, I would just cut the incompetent middle men staff out. Quality customer service here has just gone down hill. This location needs to do better.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I had to transfer from frys to walgreens as frys does not accept cigna. It has been over a week since they got my prescription and they still can not get the pills for it. They keep telling me that it will be in on this day or that day and it isn't. This is a medication I need to function properly... not cool.

We have been customers at this location for a year now and have never had a bad experience. Personnel have always been friendly and helpful, particularly in the pharmacy.

Let's but flowers for Mother's day, keep em in store for 2 weeks, let em die, and sell em for full price. Y'all are just lazy. In regards to more than just the flowers.

Normally have had minimal issues at this Walgreens, but after the sour, early 40s shift manager in the blue shirt on 3/29 interacted with us tonight— I’m not surprised by the poor reviews. We stopped in about 15 minutes before close to pick up some allergy medicine. Right next to the allergy medicine is the frozen aisle, with 3 minutes to spare, we START WALKING to the cashier and the gal going into the door between allergy and freezer section rudely stops next to us to tell us “You guys are going to get locked in. We close in 2 minutes” with an attitude. There are much nicer ways to explain that you guys are about to close— Even though we are literally walking towards the cashier?? I’d like to see you try ma’am. Go ahead. Not only was she rude and disheveled, but even the other person we came with two aisles down picked up on her attitude. Going to corp for sure.. I have left minimal poor reviews for places that deserve it— and because of her, this walgreens gets one.

Lawrence was an epic cashier.The store was well stocked cleaned.The pharmacy line in the drive thru and inside lines were long however the pharmacist were all extremely kind and helpful.The holiday isle was packed with a plethora of Valentine's day items.

This excludes Ashley and Sonia who are true saints. The entire pharmacy staff, especially the head pharmacists are real jerk-offs. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Never have I dealt with such rudeness at the pharmacy! Literally these are people's livelihoods you are dealing with and you talk to people like they are buying drugs off the street. I don't care if you are a pharmacist learn how to talk to people with respect! Im not even gonna go into detail about what happened with my situation cause this guy once he reads this will absolutely know its about him. Because it's "out of his scope." Literally all you had to do was offer some helpful suggestions about me needing my med refill approved by my Dr who is no longer living in state but you were of zero help. Well here's a helpful suggestion. Maybe find a job that dosent include talking to people!
