Tried many times to get medications from Walgreens this location included and they will change your prescription without consulting your Dr cause you get prescribed something in the same family as another medicine.If my DR PRESCRIBED IT then they know what I’m allergic to! They also know what other medications I’m on that don’t come from Walgreens and the effects that it can have.Keep it up and you are gonna kill someone doing that!

Friendly staff but the drive thru line is often closed when their hours are open. They want everyone (who is sick and in pain) to come inside and stand in a long line with others to pick up/drop off. Makes absolutely no sense.

Just another Walgreens that think they're the only pharmacy option for customers. They made me a believer in Walmart pharmacies today.

I love this Walgreens pharmacy! Everyone is always so nice and Since I have the App like they suggest I can keep track of when my order will be ready. I understand they get busy and can’t always get on the phone as fast as we would like to but they are busy and trying to actively hire more staff! My questions are always answered and my medicine is usually really within 24 hrs if not the same day! To the staff at the pharmacy hall are killing it!

The pharmacy's hours are horrible and constantly change--they've changed 5 times in the last 3 months! Now they're only open M-F 9-6 so the drive thru and the line inside always take AT LEAST 20+ minutes. It's a complete nightmare! Oh and they gave me a medication label with someone else's name and address on it. I tried to call and explain for the sake of the other patient but the rep said "We can't help with that. Go back to the pharmacy." I would but they're only open when I'm at work! Absolutely atrocious-- we just switched to the Fry's pharmacy because I can't take it anymore

Me and my family live near walgreens and go there a lot. Two of my family members told me a bad experience they had with one employee. i went in today around 12 which was my first time being helped by this employee who's name tag said Antoinette. I had one drink and was the only person in line when i put my drink on the counter and was completely ignored by this employee as she was writing something, she didn't once acknowledge me or say she'd be there to help me. she throws her pen, gets a new one, still doesn't acknowledge me and finishes what she's writing. after standing there awkwardly waiting a few minutes she finally helps me but just was completely rude and had an awful attitude. i get employees make mistakes but just being a rude person to a stranger is not good customer service. Giving 3 stars because all other experiences have been great with other employees

I can run in and grab some toothpaste, lotion or cold drinks without a long line. Friendly staff.

went to pick up my wife's Rx on Saturday, 3/18...and the pharmacy was closed. The decision was made on Friday night to close on the weekends for the foreseeable future because they were short staffed. No consideration for the patients...no thought to perhaps waiting a week so they could notify customers/patients of the new hours? Nope...none whatsoever. I called the Walgreens down the road, and they were not advised of this closing until Friday night, so they were unable to staff properly. Complete disregard for patients and a complete lack of any customer service. Disgraceful!

Worst Walgreens I have ever used. They should shut it down and start over. The pharmacy is awful.

This Walgreens is the best! Not super busy, decent customer service, they actually answer when you call \\u003c that right there is 5 star worthy. I’d choose this Walgreens over all other around QC and San Tan Valley.

Wrong prescriptions seem to happen often here. This pharmacy is understaffed and can be quite rude.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy! They have always been great (staff, timing, etc). The only downfall is I just noticed their hours are now different (until 6pm) but it is what it is!
