These employees are apethetic and uninformative. Staff does not explain the real process or costs associated with upgrading devices. Promo credits often take 60 days to apply to your bill. Day of "device trade in credits"" may be reassessed and retracted months later. Charged me for set up in store but sent me home with all devices in boxes to set up myself. Going back to the store to get clarification on charges and reversals and true costs was a waste of time. One sales guy didn't even look up my acount before telling me to go call customer service, "we can't help you in store". I had to insist he check me in. Overall trash. Just use the website to do anything where you can read the terms and costs.

Probably the most underwhelming service experience I have had in a long time. Verizon business customer of ~5 years with multiple devices (phones, watch, home internet, portable hotspot), but not likely much longer after this. Greeting when I arrived in the store was non-existent. QR code check-in process did not work. Staff working weren't very attentive. Never identified me as an existing customer. And I left without resolving the issue I came in for. I was there ~5:30pm on Saturday, April 13th.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This store had me spend 5 1/2 hrs trying to get my data on my iPhone 14 pro to an apple 15 pro max. They tried multiple times, and right when it got to the last minute it failed- The person I was working with, told me to take home my 14 pro and come back the next day and they would try again.He asked me what time i wanted to come in so he could book me an appointment. I thought about it through the night, and decided to ask them if I could change the iPhone 15 pro max and get a samsung galaxy s24 ultra. I read through a lot of reviews on both phones, and the Samsung overpowered the iPhone 15 pro max in many features. So first when I got there was at the time the agent suposidely booked me for (10:00am). The arrogant jerk who met me at the door, said that there was no appointment showing for me. Standing and waiting to talk to an agent, there was nowhere to sit!. Iwound up waiting on the floor! Finally an agent called me after about a 1/2 hrs later. Zac and James fabulous customer service and professional. I was so close to close my account and move it to a different cellular carrier. They fixed problems that wasn't in their job description. I am forever grateful; and will be recommending family and friends to them?

Worst customer service ever. Their Verizon rep didn’t even want to hear what we had to say super unhelpful and rude. If there’s another Verizon store in your area, I would go to that one and avoid this one at all cost.

Thieves. Kept the sim card to the phone I traded cards for. Now I can't do a thing with the old phone. Couldn't use maps to get home, as not set up on new device at that point. Could not transfer my data over to new phone... Now I can't get rid of this phone ALL because up stole a sim card from me. Way more than inconvenienced. Now have been on hold to try to get it back for over 30 minutes. Guess time to change servers. I don't like to have stuff stolen from me.

I wanted to take an opportunity to share the experience I had with Mariah in the Queen Creek guild Queen Creek store for two days. I had had the worst customer service. Nobody knew what was going on with my account because I was a win back and I lost a job interview I was I lost out on a job because I couldn't call into my interview because I had no phone service for three hours and the last rep that was on the phone with me Never called me back or I just had no service so I had to drive to a store and I walked in in tears and from the very beginning Mariah was absolutely an angel and she got me back online and I could not be more grateful I just wanted to say thank you

Terrible, terrible terrible customer service!!! Was told they cannot help an existing customer close an old line and start a new one. Will have to purchase a phone and do new service over the phone. Why do they have these idiots here then! Close the store if everything is done "over the phone" and don't pay these idiots! Terrible customer service verizon!
