Everyone there is so nice and have been so welcoming! Our baby is in the infant room with Mireya and Chris who really care for our baby. They share cute and funny stories about our baby everyday. I feel so comfortable with their care, which is EVERYTHING! ♥️

My daughter has supposedly been on the wait list since the beginning of the year. I have called multiple times, they say they can't find her. Have asked for the director to call me back. Never get a call back. I no longer want my daughter to go here. The lack of response and inability to keep records doesn't give me a good feeling they'll do well taking care of my child.

Scheduled a tour on 4/21/2023 at 2pm. I walk to the door. A woman opens the door and informs me I do not have a tour even though I have the confirmation in my email. Another woman at the desk states the tour was cancelled, but no cancellations were received and definitely no courtesy phone call to state they could not accommodate the tour. She proceeded to blame it on the scheduling company. Then she states there are no openings anyways. Seemed like she didn't want "my kind" there anyways. I will not place my child in any of their facilities if you treat potential clients/customers/families that way. Thank you for showing yourselves from the start.

I can't say enough amazing things about all of the women here! My son was in infant room 1, with Ashley, Mireya and Wendy. We moved an hour away and BECAUSE of them, we still drove an hour for daycare (since one of us still works in the Valley) for a couple months before my school semester started and I officially became a SAHM. My son is 9 months old, and every time he gets to his classroom, he starts jumping out of my arms he is that excited to see them! These lovely women not only cared for our son, they truly loved our son! There was not a single time I worried if he was okay, I knew he was way more than okay. Cira was there to greet us and say bye every day, and she remembers all of the children, she truly cares as well! Infant room 1, absolute Angels, not even in disguise. :-)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a tour of the day care scheduled for 8am. Upon arrival the director Jennifer was not even at the the daycare. I spoke to the director two separate times & she assured me that she had availability for my daughter on Monday and Tuesday. I missed work to make this tour and when I get there the director isn't there for my tour and now another lady is telling me that they do not have those days available.

I witnessed on camera one of the teachers in the Pre-K room grab my son by the face and get in his face. When I reported this to the manger she ensured me they would address it and let me know will happen. I got a call Monday from the manager who explained that the teacher was put on administrative leave for the day and will be doing trainings. This was her only consequence. ONE DAY OF SUSPENSION for putting her hands on a child! It did seem like the manager wanted more action taking but it was out of her hands... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

I rarely decide to submit reviews regarding anything, but my decision to enroll my infant daughter at Tutor Time was based on the reviews I read. They obviously we're not based on the care provided in the infant room. My daughter was enrolled for a month at the least. I decided to pull her out after two days of watching her care over the camera. Yes, I understand this is group care, but my child should be offered bottles and each meal and snack. Also the workers in the room should actually enjoy being there and not be frustrated with the children because they require attention. I visually watched Ashley snatch my child and another because they were crawling around and not on the carpet. After this happened my baby became upset and began to cry. As she cried she followed Ashley around the room while crying. Ashley then grabbed her pacifier and pushed it into her mouth to shut her up without consoling her or picking her up. I then, immediately left my home and went to pick up my child. I addressed the situation with the directors and they asked me what I wanted to do. Not once did they rewind the cameras to view or anything, which alarmed me that they are already aware of her behavior. When I arrived back the next day I spoke with Ashley and addressed the situation and asked her if she felt she could not provide care for my child. She then told the director when I arrived that I verbally attacked her. I then decided that my children would no longer be in the care of such petty women. I am a mother I will not leave my children with people I can not communicate and address issues and concerns with about my children. I do not suggest this place for even a dog. Please BEWARE! I should have known there was an issue when I contacted them previously and was told they were full and had already enrolled my child at another center. Out of nowhere the director called me back late the next night to inform me they had an opening. If I could provide 0 stars they would receive it!

Where do I even start…our child went to this tutor time for about 4 years. It was worth every single penny we ever spent. The teachers are amazing. Our child learned not only the entire alphabet before she was 2 but they also taught her a lot of social skills. And how to deal with certain situations. All food diapers and wipes were included. Which made it really helpful and stress-free all I had to do was drop her off. They added in a camera system which allows me to see our daughter anytime of the day in her classroom. Constantly sending pictures videos and updates through their app. With how much she ate, what she ate and what they did and learned that day. I toured about 10 local daycares and was not impressed at all. Tutor time has far exceeded our expectations. We believe our daughter is truly ready for kindergarten. Because of Tutor Time! Miss Jessica runs the preschool class And we couldn’t be more grateful for her! Tutor time queen creek thank you so much for all you have done to keep our daughter smart and safe! ?
