Everytime I walk into the store, I feel extremely pushed to buy. I can't walk in the door without being asked a million questions that are obviously just building onto the big one, "What are you looking to buy?" I understand that it is just the nature of retail, but this store takes it to an unbearable level. I have heard fitting room employees tell others what I am shopping for, what I like and dislike about certain clothes, etc. Every sale is only 30% off already out of stock items. The clothes smell like burnt plastic even though they are $25-$80 for one item. My shoe size is never in stock, and there aren't enough benches to comfortably try on shoes when there's even 2 other people trying on shoes. Employees seem clustered in one area of the store, while some are left alone in busy areas. I really do enjoy a lot of the products sold here, but the sales driving needs to be rethought, and a bigger discount for rewards members would be nice if they push it so hard.

We came back to Tillys after receiving a shirt that was too small as a father's day gift. I went to the counter and they advised me just to grab a new size (L to XL); both shirts were the exact same price.After waiting for 15 minutes for them to figure it out, the girl manager/supervisor advised me that she could.not exchange the shirt unless I paid the taxes again. Not only is this illegal but enough to stop us from shopping here again. First time in my life that I was forced to pay more taxes for getting a different size shirt. Unreal.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They have all the cool things my teenager wants. The prices are a bit on the higher side.

Okay store. Nothing great. I don't shop at Tilly's on the regular - I've only been in one other Tilly's years ago. Came in due to the mannequin displays in the window. They had a shirt that I liked on display in the window. The store was typical - basic service, nothing extraordinary. The parking situation was something else! You would have thought it was a few days before Christmas with only a few parking spots left!

Was at the QC location, while checking out I asked to see an item in the case. I informed the cashier i would like to purchase this item also. She informed me that my transactions was completed already and that I would have to get back in line to purchase this item. Had it not been a cmas shopping gift I would have walked out. This is a great reminder of why I shop online !
Will not shop here again.

Found a pair of jeans for my daughter today on the clearance rack. She tried them on and the clerk mentioned if I buy two I get another pair half off. I said oh well these are clearance Jeans. She took them and said they are not on clearance and were marked wrong. She showed the manager and they took the tag off and repriced. Didn’t honor the price with the tag I found them for. Never have I even had a store not honor the tagged price. We literally had them, tried them on, and when my daughter came out of the dressing room she literally took them from us, went to the manager and retagged them, came back and said ya sorry the tag was wrong but if you want them I can get them back to you once we retag it. So beware they will change tags on you prior to checkout.

Friendly but I heard from the employees that corporate directed them not to allow use of their restrooms. No big deal, went over to Ross next door and they let me use theirs. Mind you, my initial reason for visiting the store was not to use the restroom but rather to buy a hat.

We went on 5/28 at 7:55 unaware that they closed at 8 on Saturdays and none of the employees were welcoming at all, specially one with a shaved head in a black beanie. He made sure to point out to us that they closed 10 minutes ago very rudely while I was trying to hurry to try on clothes so we could get out of their hair as soon as possible. Will not be returning to this location.
