Called in for a tune up and brake bleed quote. They beat out the big competitor in Gilbert.
Went in for a tune up and brake bleed. The owner mentioned that my brakes were out dated and may need replacement. Gave me another quote to replace parts on my brakes.
They called me to pick up the bike. Upon arrival they told me that they were able to do the standard tune up and brake bleed! No need for brake parts replacement. They charged me for the original quote.
I appreciate the honesty and will return to this shop. Not only was the initial quote cheaper than the other local shop, but they were also honest about the potential brake issue.

Just a great bike shop. Today I called for some tubeless tape and although they didn't have it in stock they lead me to maybe another place and gave great insight on how to make sure I chose the right size. That was today. Maybe a year ago I didn't leave a review but they fixed my gearset where another place (bikemasters) told me I'd have to replace it and made me feel like an idiot. This shop makes you feel important which is big for me a casual rider not a die hard.

I highly recommend The Bike Shop . The owner operator is Joe, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened closely to the kind of bike riding that I do, ask some questions and following a short discussion, steered me to the perfect bike for me.
There are a lot of bikes available, and he made it easy for me to find the right bike.
After thinking about it overnight, I returned and purchased the bike.

I took in an ebike for service and had a great experience. The owner and techs gave me options that saved money and time. I wish most businesses acted in this same way. I will definitely recommend them. Fyi you do have to remove any batteries before taking in for service.

I’ve had some minor work done on my bike and on my kids bikes at the bike shop over a few years. Service is always fast and fair prices. A few days ago I came in after I had messed up the derailleur on my kids bike thinking I could fix it. They popped it right on the table, showed me what I did wrong- with zero judgement. Wow- that’s 5-star service. You guys have a life long customer. Highly recommend.

Came in because my bike trailer tire was running low and was on a ride with my toddler. They had me in and out with a new tube in under 15 minutes. Everyone there was so kind and helpful and I would highly recommend using this bike shop. Thank you for getting me back on the road so fast!

If I wish I could give zero or negative stars. I called to ask about a derailleur hanger and was quoted $40-50 for a part listed on Pivot's website at $19.99. The worse part is that the guy on the phone named Joe said "well it's cheaper than a new derailleur and frame". Not only does this place tack on a ridiculous markup, they will also insult people's intelligence - absolutely horrible.
This is not the experience you would get from somewhere else like Hawes House or Action Rideshop; my only affiliation with either is courteous and knowledgable service at reasonable prices.

This place is awesome and the owners are very knowledgeable. They helped me get into an E-bike that was strong enough for me to ride without having to worry about breaking it. I was 386 lbs and I am 6'7" so it wasn't easy to find a bike for me. These folks got me taken care of in a few days and I have been riding ever since! Great place, great customer service and experience!

I just purchased my third bike from Joe, a Pivot Switchblade. Best bike I have ever owned. I always come here for maintenance and repairs. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended!

GO TO THE BIKE SHOP!!!?♀️✨ I wanted a bike with a little trailer to ride my kids around and called around to multiple places. I chose this spot because Joe was very accommodating. His bike shop is super close to Queen Creek and was an easy drive. They were very accommodating with my kids and very helpful. Joe even made a couple of calls around places to find out if anyone had a bike trailer available that day and gave me some great recommendations for what I was looking for specifically, and all around it was just a really great experience and highly recommend this place to anyone who bikes or is looking to start!
