First off I'd like to just say Dez is a true gem! As a first timer, she made the entire experience less stressful for me. She's patient, understanding, kind & knowledgeable. I took her class a couple of days ago, and failed miserably when we got to the range as my anxiety got the best of me. I went in again this morning for a one on one session with her. She made the entire experience enjoyable for me. A huge thank you to Dez & Ted's shooting range. I will definitely continue this personal journey of mine.

What a fantastic crew you have here. Always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable about the inventory you have and how to properly handle them. I love coming here. The ranges are clean, besides the shells ? Was interested in a 12 Guage and a gentleman was very kind to show me a few in my budget and how to handle them for my first time. Will definitely be back, thanks so much guys ??

I been to a lot of shooting ranges I have to say this one I really like. The people working here are inviting and helpful. Though we brought our own firearms, we decided to rent a few we haven't shot before. I appreciate them taking the time to explain the different rented firearms to my wife and daughters since they would be using them. The range is standard no frillz just post target and go. It has a good atmosphere and is not run down. Ladies night is a much appreciated offering since I have three ladies in my family that like to shoot. Will continue to come back!

My father and I, including various friends, have been shooting here for a few years. Staff are great. They have a great selection of rentals. I've often overheard them taking time to talk to people who are new to firearms and trying to find the one that fits them. My mother wanted to get her CCW and took the class through Ted's and it was a wonderful experience for her. She was nervous but the staff treated her well and she left feeling very confident. I recently used their silencer shop kiosk for an eform1, extremely easy. My Family and I have never had anything close to a bad experience here, definitely recommended.

Had a great first time experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. They also explained everything great and showed how everything works. Nice lanes with good ventilation, great selection to choose from and acceptable prices.

Ted's is a great place to go shooting especially during the hot summer days. The employees and management are all pretty friendly and willing to answer your questions. I like that I can buy individual targets to use on the range and that they have a variety to choose from. Range time prices are good too.

Great range that's up to date with latest equipment. It's always hot in there though. Transfer fees are among the highest in the valley. Good selection of most everything. It's women owned.. yet I rarely ever see any women working there.

The guys helping me today on my pickup were world glass. Thanks for all of the education and to the gunsmith for the new help. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Very happy!!! They even gave my son a patch and sticker!

The people here are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of gear and firearms. We truly enjoy coming here to shoot and for anything firearms related. Highly recommend them!

It was my first time at their new facility, and I loved it. Super friendly staff, and they got me in the range with little to no wait time. My first target was having mechanical issues, but they got on it quickly and took care of me. Very clean and neat facility. If the owner reads this review, good job overall, and I will be back again. I haven't spent much time at shooting ranges but this one is pretty nice.It took about 5 minutes to use the tablet in order to sign a waiver.We were allowed to rent a lane for 1 hour and get 6 targets for about $40.Place is extremely clean. They even provide goggles and ear muffs. You can also get scuba training here.

The digital initial check-in can turn some people off but makes signing in a breeze after that. Most importantly, it's a safe range. Clean and well maintained. Just wish it was closer to our home, we'd be there more ofter.

Ok if I could give Neg/one star I would. I visited this facility 2023/03/28 @17:30 the first was a good experience(2023/03/24) with a knowledgeable employee who was very professional and he and I communicated very well and made me want to sign up. So I came back after buying a bi-pod from this store and did not realize (my fault) that returns were not available. It was the experience while attempting to return the item that made me not want to become a member. After approaching the counter near the break room I was greeted by a female employee and after she attempted to accept the return it appeared she did not no what she was doing so she informed me that her manager would need to do the return transaction. No issues....yet mind you I at this point do not realize this will never happen, manager shows up and as the employee tried to engage him to assist he ignored her and went back to the break room to eat his lunch he just got again no issues yet however while we were awaiting his return to the counter of which after she was filling me in about her being in a calendar of some sort she had to go back and once again get the managers attention IOT assist her with my request he displayed a tone in his voice of verbal agitation that I had interrupted his lunch and basically told me I was s*** outta luck (my words) and then pointed a little sign above the counter that said basically no returns. So the return policy is on I understand it was the whole experience in the transaction that turned me off because it appeared the female employee should have been able to I form me of the return policy secondly the attitude by the manager was absolutely unacceptable. I am a retired veteran of 31+ years in the military 1988-2020 many tours of peace and combat and I do not expect special treatment ever but I had a basic expectation of treatment and "bothering an employee" was not my I tent or my expectation I was going to sign my wife and I up for a full year membership and it cost me a $71 bipod and unexpected attitudes.SignedSFC US ARMY (ret)

My first time here :Exceptional customer service a rarity these days, no arrogance or signs of impatience, reminded me of some old school manners which are sadly being lost. I went in to look for a Glock G29, I didn't find it, John,(but the other staff members I have dealt with are also perfect!) a kind and knowledgeable man patiently showed me other guns and so I bought a RIA 1911 45 caliber. And I also went shooting, nice indoor lines, man who checks always present and attentive. This will be my go-to for any gun moving forward and the range where I'll go to relax. Well done ?? you are the best
