I recently had an infuriating experience with Take 5 that has left me with no intention of ever returning or recommending their services to anyone.First, the initial location I visited did not have the oil my vehicle required. Instead of resolving the issue there, they sent me to a different location 15 minutes away. This was a red flag, considering their website claims you can be in and out in ten minutes.Upon arriving at the second location, the service was anything but quick. My oil change took a frustrating 30 minutes. To add insult to injury, they offered to change my air filter, only to inform me midway that they didn't have it in stock.The next day, I discovered my vehicle was leaking motor oil. I took it to a different Take 5 location near my workplace during my lunch break. The technician initially refused to help, stating that any mistakes made by the previous location were not his responsibility and that he couldn't risk a 'ding' at his location. It took several minutes of back-and-forth with the manager before he begrudgingly agreed to service my vehicle.It didn't take long for him to identify the problem – the previous location had failed to install the gasket on the drain plug. This oversight caused the oil leak, a basic mistake that should never happen in a professional service.This entire ordeal was a complete waste of my time and has left me highly dissatisfied. Take 5's incompetence and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I will not be returning to any Take 5 location, nor will I ever recommend their services to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your time and vehicle.

Joseph & Brigham were PERFECT! I was offered a water while waiting in my car in the line. Very educational providing me with details about my car. They were very quick! And they were honestly just the best service overall. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much guys!

Yesterday I took my company truck to get an oil change done because it’s always down though way to my house. I guess the manager was working there that day because they offered me a fleet discount so I went ahead and said yes I was in and out so today, I take the car to get an oil change done thinking I would be in and out to my surprise. They took a long time to bring me in the bay and when they did, they did not take my info. They said wait for a few minutes as I waited I saw three guys doing nothing just talking. I thought they had already started on the car, but I was running out of time because I was there for so long. I got off the car to look under to see if anybody was working on it. they said they were waiting on somebody, I guess the supervisor was not there that day horrible went back to Jiffy Lube
