Jacobe Cruz unfortunately had terrible customer service. He was visibly impaired or high on the Sunday shift. I will be switching providers all together leaving T-Mobile. As a paying customer of Sprint now T-Mobile I should not be scolded or talked to in his demeaning manner. Told Mr. Cruz I will give you a bad review if you talk to me like that again, to which he said that's fine.

Came in to Tmobile. Jacob Cruz helped us right away. Very polite and helpful. Zero pressure to buy products. But explained all available options. Will definitely use him in the future.

The customer service was on point!!! Jacob was seriously the best!! He helped us upgrade & explained what plan was best for our family of 4 with clear communication & made is super easy!! He knew the ins & outs of both sprint & T-Mobile giving us the best result! Thanks Jacob!!! Highly recommend this location if your confused or have any questions about your current phone plan!

We received GREAT customer service from Jacob C. and he was very helpful. As soon as we walked in the store everyone said welcome to TMobile and put our family on a good phone plan.

Absolute terrible customer service. T-mobile is the worst with billing and account services. Terrible cell coverage in Queen Creek. Closed our account and switched to AT&T. Received our Final Bill with a $0 balance. 3 months later received a bill for 1 month service, that they sent to collections. Called T-Mobile to try and understand what happened/work it out. They referred me to the collection agency and would not explain why I owed 1 month balance. Terrible customer service- so here's a terrible review.

Phone ahead, asked for a particular phone. Came in to get that phone. I was put on a list to wait. There were 3 employees in the store. One employee was helping another customer. One employee disappeared. One employee sat around and fiddled with their iPad.No one came to apologize for the wait or even to see how I was doing. Waited for 30 minutes, nothing. So, I left.I guess the takeaway here is that they don't NEED my money and want to waste my time.Normally, I'd just let it go, but this is the same TMobile location that tried to pull a few fast ones on me the last time I got a phone but my knowledge of TMobile policy blocked their attempts to gouge me.Do not recommend. Go to the OTHER T-Mobile store instead.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. David, the manager, was particularly patient at answering our many questions and adept at transferring our data all while juggling our other purchases and talking with us at the same time.
