“They have way more handbags and wallets selection than the other Bootbarns I’ve been to in the valley…drove all the way here because the handbag I wanted was only available at this store but when I got there I saw that the bag had a different color hide than the one on the website but then I really can’t expect all hides to have the same exact color and pattern.”
“Great shoes, good sales, however don't return anything if you can help it. It took 20 minutes to return a couple of pairs of shoes. They have some type of backward way of manually re-adding your return up. Dang. Just scan the shoe box, scan the receipt, and whatever price I paid is what I get back. Simple.”
