After realizing that used cars are a much better value (lower insurance and no/low monthly payment) than new, I found these guys a couple of years ago. Ignorant person sitting at the desk answering phones. When asked to do an estimate for a particular thing he provided a response of "ya I cant tell you how much" ......so I stated, "so there is no way to provide an estimate?" In which the response was not unless you pay the 1200 for us to pull and inspect.....scandalous as best. The most unethical interaction with an automotive repair ppace in my life.

They quoted me a price and called me back saying it’s gonna be $2000 more, I told them to stop the work and I would get it towed. They made me pay $900 to get my keys. And threw the transmission and pieces in the back of the truck, worst customer experience ever.Service: Transmission

Guys quoted me a price then called back and said it was gonna be $2,000 more. I told them to stop and I would get it towed. They said I owed the $900 for labor. They threw the transmission in the back of my truck with all the parts in boxes. They would not hand over my keys until I paid. Terrible customer service once you decide you don't want their help. They are nice initially so be careful! I am not one to ever complain

Excellent service and easy to communicate with. They are up front with their pricing, which is reasonable and cheaper than other places will price you for. There was an issue a couple of days after my transmission was fixed, and they were able to replace the parts quickly and it was covered under their warranty. Will definitely be coming back with my vehicle in the future.

We took our truck here for a second opinion after we were told we needed a $7200 transmission from another shop. Personally I’ve never herd of a transmission that expensive. These guys took the time to do things right. All we needed was a new battery and a few other minor things. All said and done they saved us over $6000! Their price was very fair, they were honest and have a life long customer now. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Transmission

They had my truck for two days never looked at it never checked it out never gave me a call after they told me it would be 1 to 2 days to complete the job hundred percent bozos wouldn’t trust anybody who doesn’t communicate well
