I Stop by this place everyday and night and honestly all the staff is amazing!! Can't believe people get mad if a gas pump malfunction. People need to Understand it gets used everday and things tend to brake. Id give 100+ stars if i could. Keep up the fantastic work!???

The calculations of mysterious actions and passing of information is rather suspicious at this location. The acts of negative interactions between workers and customers is rather large. Recognizing customers as different based on circumstances or differences and understanding the accommodations should be provided for them.

I encourage everybody to please READ the other negative feedbacks left for this store about their despicable “customer service” because sadly, they are all TRUE.I purchase gasoline and snacks at many other Shell as well as other name brand gas stops.However, I have never been disrespected, much less discriminated against, humiliated, embarrassed and insulted at any of the other locations or at any other gas station, with this Shell gas location being the exception.To say that I am deeply repulsed and disgusted, would be and is an understatement.I have a disability and, when using their restroom this morning, a young woman, by the name of Karla, stormed into the ladies’ room, quite literally yelling at me, while chastising me for having used the bathroom for “too long” and to “GET OUT!”It is pertinent here to mention that I was already out, at the sink and just about to wash my hands when she stormed in, screaming at me. I was in the bathroom for ca. 15-20 minutes, as time stamps also prove the same. Regardless, even if a customer requires more time, certainly, being demeaning, scrutinizing and disrespecting an impaired customer is UNACCEPTABLE and inexcusable.To top it all off, they have multiple stalls available for the public to use, as well as to clean, if the cleaning staff needs to access the same.Hence, bullying and harassing me because I occupied one stall was utmost unnecessary, though clearly personal and targeting me as an individual with a disability.When I calmly tried to explain my disability to her, she immediately interrupted me, accusing me of giving her “attitude”.Ironic and rich, considering I not once raised my voice nor disrespected her while she stormed into the bathroom and started screaming at and insulting me immediately.I continued to ask her to please take a breath and to listen while please ceasing to humiliate and embarrass me publicly, before other customers while she continued her yelling outside of the bathroom and then, stormed off, threatening me while demanding from me to leave the store.I then asked to speak with the Manager on duty. A guy, named Bryan, approached me with a very self explanatory, obvious, facial expression that had anger, disgust and contempt written all over it. They say facial expressions speak volumes and yes, indeed they do!I could not even get a word out when Brian, instead of apologising to me, as a customer who spends money at their location on an almost daily basis, immediately attacked me verbally after he, too, continued to humiliate and embarrass me publicly in front of other customers.I asked him to please accompany me outside the store such that we can discuss this matter in a calmer, civil and more private setting, as I am not comfortable discussing my personal disability before others.He declined and told me “He is not interested.”Disgustingly enough, he also accused me of “loitering & hanging out” at their God forsaken gas stop while threatening me and telling me to “Never step foot in his store again.”He didn’t have to ask me twice.As a now former regular, I will NEVER step foot into this store nor spend my hard earned money at any other Shell gas station again. I am deeply repulsed and am boycotting this store, along with the entire company.I carry ZERO interest to spend my funds at a store that carries zero human empathy, compassion and humanity and worse, with a staff and so called “Manager” who carries no bedside manners nor etiquette and who abuses the disabled.Please educate your staff on discrimination laws and how to develop common and most basic courtesy as well as professionalism!

I am a Public Accountant, a Financial Analyst as well as have directed and managed multilevel operational venues for Celebrity Chefs and Luxury Hotels.I am deeply disturbed at the lack of quality and attention Shell has presented in hiring less than professional staff and worse, hiring individuals who are vile, profane and who discriminate against those with disabilities.Today, I was outright harassed, screamed at, publicly humiliated and embarrassed due to a disability I suffer from and for using their restroom.If being a regular and having shown my loyalty towards this company is being labelled “loitering”, which I was falsely and disgustingly accused of and insulted with by Bryan, I gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere and allow a different company to profit whilst other companies treat their clientele base with respect and human decency.I have also noticed that their alleged “Manager” Bryan never says hello to certain customers, including me, nor ever establishes eye contact, despite the fact that I have greeted and said hello to him on numerous occasions.I do not use the term “racist” casually and in fact strongly dislike when people loosely apply this term.However, based upon my personal experience and interaction with Bryan, his entire, daily hostile demeanour and conduct is another testament and affirmative of his vehement and strong contempt for anybody who stems from a different culture, such as I do.I am British-American with a heavy British accent myself with exotic features and, aside from having been treated in a most atrocious manner at this location, because I suffer from a disability, Bryan clearly is also a racist and a fascist for he not once has ever returned a simple “Good Morning” nor even looks at certain customers who don’t fulfil his racial profiling requirements, as it has come to my attention, myself included.His disgustingly hostile and targeted, bullying demeanor towards foreigners gives the human race a bad name and that is a damn shame indeed, considering I am not even political.Try being kind and cordial next time, Bryan! Perhaps that will get you further in life.I am negatively amazed how such biased and hostile individuals who lack any and all professionalism, human decency and clearly are ignorant of discrimination laws work in “customer service”.I have reported Bryan and Karla to the corporate office, to ensure no other customer, much less a disabled person, will be abused and disrespected, humiliated, embarrassed and insulted the manner I was today.This location is disgusting and despicable in the manner they treat their customers.The negative reviews are accurate and I should have read them.I encourage others to read them, prior to stepping foot into this store and spending their hard earned money on hostile staff and a company that clearly hires anybody from the street.
