I have nothing but great things to say about San Tan Auto Body. This is the best experience I've had dealing with car issues. They made the process stress free by communicating with the insurance company and keeping me updated every step of the way. Tony was a great help and so kind. Update: SAB finally came through for us. They installed another bumper and told us it was OEM this time. The paint job looks like it will hold up. The owner took the time to apologize for the long delay in getting the job done right.
We've been going to San Tan Auto Body for many years, and have been generally happy with the service.
However, our latest experience has been frustrating. We took our vehicle in for repairs after a minor accident. San Tan AB replaced the rear bumper, and soon after picking up the vehicle, the paint started peeling on the bumper. We took it back to San Tan AB and they tried repainting the bumper. When I went to pick it up the second time I could immediately see that there would be peeling again (I'm sure San Tan AB saw the same issue with the paint as I did, and chose not to say anything). But I needed my vehicle and couldn't leave it with them, so I drove it home. And indeed the paint is peeling again, and a large piece of paint has flaked off. We took the vehicle back in, and San Tan says there's nothing they can do. They blame the insurance company for not paying for an OEM bumper. They told us that unless the insurance agrees to pay for the repairs again with an OEM bumper, we're out of luck.

We had a mishap with our rear passenger door and took the car in for an estimate. Rick looked at the car and took about 10 min to make some adjustments and it was all good. Offered to pay for his time, but he declined. Honest and fair!

My grandma recently had a minor emergency and needed immediate repairs. She was anxious about having to go and get the car repaired, but she was able to make a same-day service appointment at San Tan Auto Body, which was recommended to her. The mechanics were extremely helpful, kind, and honest with her. The service was excellent. The honest and helpful mechanics provided expert assistance. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely return for future services and highly recommends San Tan Auto Body to everyone.

If u r looking for 100% satisfaction on autobody work, look no further than SanTan autobody. They do AMAZING work. My vehicle received damage from a piece of metal that blew in my lane because another vehicle passed me. I took it San Tan and Tony put me at ease. He is super nice and wealth of knowledge. I cannot even see where the damage was. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Brought my 2022 Subaru WRX in about 2 weeks ago after being sideswiped by someone taking an overly wide left hand turn. My father recommended San Tan Auto Body and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the quality of work done to repair the damages. They made it an absolutely painless process. The car looks showroom new. Rick is awesome and handled everything needed to get this taken care of. If you need any body work done on your vehicle this where you go. We had a unique situation, our Honda Sedan was hit & dented. The tire was rubbing up against the dent. We didn’t want to spend the entire cost to restore it, as it’s just our old commuter car. We were going to just pay to have the dent pushed up off the tire. Shout out to Jason! He was able to get the tire free from the indentation & didn’t even charge us.

My experience with San Tan Auto body more than exceeded my expectations! I obtained estimates from three different body shops to repair the front end damage on my Lincoln Mark LT crew cab. San Tan Auto Body had the highest quote by a significant amount. Despite that, I still chose San Tan Auto Body because of their professionalism, detailed explanation I received from Rich about the plan and options for the repairs that I had not received from the other two body shops. They showed me that apples to apples- you do get what you pay for. All repairs and paint were completed in 4 days, with constant updates from Rich during that time. I highly recommend San Tan Auto Body because of the quality of work and attention to detail.
Both Rich and Tony are Top notch guys! As I arrived to pick up my truck, they both were running around my truck with their microfiber rags and polishing to perfection. They went above and beyond at every step and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
