Terrible service, didn't have my order ready when it was supposed to and told me to go into a restricted area to get it. So I went in to get it and nothing is there, and then I'm told to get out. They literally told me to go through a black door to get to go somewhere im not supposed to. Awful place

The other day I came to this Safeway for the first time. I was just looking at all of the pies, cakes and baked goods in the bakery section. Everything looked so fresh, delicious and appealing. There were two girls working in the bakery. One girl asked me if I needed any help and I said no but thank you for asking. A few minutes later the other girl asked me if I needed any help and I said no but thank you for asking. I just want to give a shout out to both of these girls for being so polite and attentive. I know that they were super busy working in the back and I appreciate the fact that they noticed me in the midst of it all.

New to this store, as we are from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and staying here in a Casita located here in Queen Creek.
A very nice store and saved alot of money based on what we needed in our Casita.
Definitely will be back!!!

Digital ID is a legal form of identification and can be used to buy cigarettes, alcohol and during a traffic stop in arizona.So the fact that they don't take a digital id is ridiculous.Do your research safeway.

I’m so grateful for an associate like Sadele! I’m a dasher and this was the first time I was treated like a customer. Very rare experience and I have to say, please, please..management, this is a keeper!! You deserve more than 5 stars!

Although the sales were great, I do not feel welcome there. The manager walked right past us to a cart with pricing gun and did not greet us or say anything. Not even a smile. Infact, not one employee said anything to us while we were there. As we left the self check out area, we walked past the employee who monitors the area, she looked right past us like we werent even there. It's always the same whenever I go. There has to be a really good sale going on to get me to set foot in that store

All good here, Starbucks inside actually makes better coffee than Starbucks store made, good as usual.

Ivana in the deli department has been wonderful each time I’ve worked with her. Always pleasant and great communication. Today, she took a last minute order for me and it is such a relief that she is able to do it. So appreciative, she deserves the shout out. Thank you, Ivana!

Worst store ever...horrible customer service... especially the young kids who work there. Today the young girl who rang me up, was too bothered to fix a price that came up incorrectly, too busy giving me teen attitude and rolling her eyes. this is actually the second time she did similar. Considering the much higher prices, less selection, and terrible employees, I'll stick with Frys, much better...
