Had to get a new windshield because of a rock that was kicked up by another truck. My insurance set it up. I brought my vehicle in and about an hour later I was driving out with a new windshield. Everything was quick and easy. Now my vehicle is a new one, it was so new that Safelight had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement windshield and they told me it could take up to two weeks to get the windshield delivered. They received it in less time. Only hick up and it is no way Safelight's fault, they were unable to do the recalibration. Like I said my vehicle was new and nobody besides the dealership had the correct software. But Safelight explained all of this to me before I even set the appointment. Safelight did a good job and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company.

I drive a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which has "a very particular set of skills" and particular needs. I was visiting Arizona when my windshield cracked. William at Safelite has replacement skills and understands Jeeps. He also gave me some off roading suggestions. Safelite's national footprint was also important to me.

Quoted $2850 for 2 windshields. Called Hatch windshield replacement and got it done for $880! Price gouging at its finest! Grateful I took the time to get a second quote but feel bad for the folks who trust this greedy business.

Disappointing Service and Unsafe Installation Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with Safelite Auto Glass in Queen Creek, AZ. Not only did they underdeliver on the timeframe for my windshield repair, but they also made me feel like it was somehow my fault. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to the overall poor experience.
To make matters worse, on 10/18/24, during heavy rain while driving to work in Scottsdale, I discovered that the windshield wipers they installed were incorrectly fitted. This rendered my wipers completely useless in the rain, putting me at serious risk on the road. It was incredibly dangerous, and I can't believe Safelite would let such a careless mistake happen.
I expected better from a company like Safelite, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and concerned for other customers who may be put in similar unsafe situations.

I had a crack in my windshield and I called my insurance and they set the appointment up for me with Safelite in Queen Creek. All the employees were so nice and were very communicative with me regarding my car. The new windshield looks great!

4th times a charm! Safelite could have saved time, money & repeated visits, if Quality Checks of product was done before sending Technicians out, their time is valuable, time is money. 4th Technicians Nick applause, hang onto this guy. As for Kevin, or whoever ensures Quality checks are done before putting customers through multiple visits, it really could have been done once, New vehicle should have been manufactured BMW windshield, so previous Technicians didn't have to struggle thru bandaid fix -wrong clips;, prior windshield were scratches,;1st windshield was missing hardware. I'm turning this review around due to Nick & his hard work to please the customer. Thanks, Nick.

Having to get my windshield replaced was a better experience because of Safelite. They were able to fit me into their schedule at a time that was convenient for me, the location was great, and I was able to drop off my vehicle early in order to work with my ride that day. The price was about what I expected it to be. They were extremely good with communication and even though I didn't wait for my car, I noticed that the waiting room was welcoming and comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was upbeat and helpful, making this a pleasant experience. When I picked up my car, the tech who installed my windshield came out to walk through it with me and answer my questions. Really great service!

Send a technician out of my house you didn't even bother getting out of his car to knock on the door wound up calling the manager Josh which set up an appointment with another installer on Monday morning bad people skills

I had such a positive experience with this location. The first thing that struck me was how friendly everyone was, and how authentically happy they were to be of service. Every team member from the front desk to the technicians were kind, friendly, and informative. My entire windshield was replaced and recalibrated quickly and efficiently. The lobby is set up very comfortably so I was able to work while I waited. The new windshield was perfectly installed, and they even left the interior of my car vacuumed and clean. I was very impressed overall, so much so, that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would! Tying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. I tried to schedule online and will only give an error message so I call and no matter what option you choose you may not speak to an actual person. This is simply ridiculous for customer service! Highly unacceptable when running a business.
