Decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation. Great to work with from the get go. They hade set up for an appointment the following day but I contacted them and they quickly got me in a day early. Once there, I was met with great customer service. Front office staff didn't bs me or try to sell me anything. They gave me a real time estimate and promised they would do the best they could to get to my vehicle as they were a little backed up. Well they got to my truck and put four tires on it way faster than anticipated. Very happy with the customer service, time, and attention to detail with their job performance. They earned a new customer and I will gladly direct family and friends to their location for the same level of service I received. Very impressed. Thank you guys again.

Dropped my suburban off, told them I wanted Mobile 1 oil and filter. They said no problem. They checked all the tire pressures, all the fluids, reset the oil to a 100% on the computer. Very nice people, very professional and very fast. I definitely will be going back there for my next service.

Big Brand Staff have been so dependable, honest and caring. They have diagnosed problems with two vehicles numerous times and repaired themselves with reasonable pricing and timely. I would highly recommend these guys. They also have told me when they can do something and when they can’t. When they weren’t qualified in the repair they told me so and helped me get to where I can get it done. That to me means a lot.

We have older cars, so we go to Big Brand Tire & Service often. They always are friendly, give us a quote prior to doing any work, and give detailed explanations of what the problem is. They do timely work and notify you via text when the service is complete. Which we appreciate greatly!
