Worst customer service at this dealership! Do not recommend going there for service or to buy a vehicle!Took my jeep there for service due to the death wobble issue that 2019 and 2020 jeep wranglers can experience, which is covered under the class action lawsuit extended 8 year or 90,000 mile warranty. As soon as I walked in, the service rep assigned to me, Jeffrey H., had a chip on his shoulder and was super unhelpful. Although it only took one day for diagnostics, they had my jeep there for three days because for some reason he claimed he called me to come pick it up, but I didn't have any missed calls from him nor any messages. So then we were communicating via emails, and he proceeded to tell me that my part was on backorder with no ETA. Almost 2 months later and I haven't heard from him. Like I said, horrible customer service!!Thankfully, I took my jeep into another dealership location, and they got my jeep fixed within a couple weeks. Funny how they didn't have an issue with getting the part that was on backorder with no ETA...

Do NOT go here for service! They had horrible communication, specially my service adviser Cameron. There was a huge lack of professionalism. Anytime I had questions I felt as if I was an inconvenience. They also tried scamming me into fixing 5 motor mounts when my car has 3... My car was there for over 2 months with zero communication. Anytime I tried to call I was either on hold for excessive amounts of time, or they gave me the run around.

I have a 2021 Ram 2500 Megacab 4x4 diesel that I bought from Rodeo Dodge. It has an active recall for a Heater Grid Relay situation that has the potential to cause a fire even if the pickup is not running!I have gotten 3 notices from Dodge about it, but all I am told is that I am on a (very long) list to get it taken care of!I also feel like I am getting the run around about the whole thing, and I can't get a straight answer when I ask if I should disconnect the batteries to prevent a possible fire. They won't tell me how serious the potential really is, but it is bad enough for a RECALL! And a warning to not park where it could cause worse issues!Up till now I liked Earnhardt Rodeo Dodge RAM Chrysler Jeep. But since they became Earnhardt it seems things are going down hill. This whole thing is keeping me from using my pickup this summer to pull my travel trailer.

I had a fantastic experience buying from Rodeo Jeep. They beat the pricing of Bill Luke and Larry H Miller by a long shot. Frankie is very transparent, and doesn't play games. They made sure I received all rebates, and interest rates were the lowest I've seen. I'm originally from Michigan and really dread Arizona dealerships. Rodeo Jeep is not like the rest.

I don't usually rave about a car dealership but..This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Pete was great! He was very nice and I didn't feel super pressured. And was knowledgeable about the car even though it was a Chevy. The finance guy Rafael was hilarious and we had such a fun time while I signed papers. He also did not pressure me like other dealerships do once your in the finance room. I will be back for all my car buying in the future! My husband is gonna need a new truck lolAlso, I bought a used Tahoe and noticed that something was going on when I started it a couple days after I bought it (it's used so things can happen) I was so sad that something was wrong but when I called them in the morning they had me bring it right in and got it diagnosed and repaired in 2 days (free of charge) I told them I was taking my family on a trip and really needed my car to fit everyone so Felecia in service worked very hard to get my car repaired in time. I'm truly grateful for the care of the service team. This dealership is definitely top notch. You can't go wrong buying or having your car serviced here!

Darrell was helpful and friendly they got me in and got me in and out as Kim promised And I noticed rodeo Chrysler Dodge and jeep has poor reviews and I'm curious why most of them are people who are shocked to find out how much oil changes are but they're expensive everywhere not just at Rodeo but there are coupons out there and I would suggest using them, I did. Darrell, why doesn't anybody in the service department wear a name tag is my only question? The only reason I know your name is because I saw your business card and the only reason I know Kim's name is because I called in on the phone I have no idea who anybody is that I spoke to at the desk or in the drive up. Thank you for taking care of my car today and honoring the coupon.

These people like to scam their long term customers. I have been taking my Ram here for service since the dealership opened. I bought a battery here just over 2 years ago, in July 2020. Today when I went to leave the house, my truck barely turned over. I had to run errands and had to leave the truck running so that the battery wouldn't die. I drove to the dealership and was told 2 things. First, if the battery was still under warranty, they would need my truck 3 DAYS to verify the battery was not working to warranty it. Seems just a little freaking extreme to warranty a battery, doesn't it?2. They also stated because my vehicle was outside the service warranty, I would not be entitled to a rental or loaner car without paying full price. I had the service technician check to see if I was still under warranty, and he said, no, you are not. It only had a 2 year warranty on it. I said ok, well how much is a new battery? He said out the door was $300.00. I said ok, forget it, I will take it someplace else. I end up replacing the battery at my own cost at O'reilly. $258.20 for an upgraded battery with a real 3 year warranty. One just like the dealership was even less expensive.O'reilly will also test your existing battery for free, unlike the dealership it doesn't take 3 days, it takes 3 minutes.I then saw a sticker on the old battery I was handing over to O'reilly...3 YEAR FREE FULL REPLACEMENT. That's right, I was lied to at the dealership. Well, they may have scammed me out of a few hundred today, but good luck getting my business in the future, and I hope others read this review and it costs them more money for not being truthful. Why is it so hard to just be good people?*update Daryl Jones has reached out to me to obtain the receipts for the battery I was forced to purchase. I have asked him for reimbursement due to the dealership lying about the battery warranty. I provided the requested receipts and am awaiting a response from Daryl.*final update. I added back 2 stars on my review due to Daryl following up with me and attempting to make things right. I have now been reimbursed for the battery I had to purchase. Daryl must care about how customers are treated and I appreciate that.
