Stephanie Center is ignoring my calls and being very unprofessional. I have tried to get in contact with her for days. There was a complaint made on my vehicle and days later it was VANDALIZED and now has a broken window. This company refuses to answer any of my questions and are entirely unhelpful. HOA has no business protecting criminals.

Oh boy, where do I even begin with my own experience? ?♂️
So, I had a lovely experience with RealManage's phone system, which I was apparently on for so long that I could've written a novel in the meantime. When I finally reached a human being, they were able to confirm that the HOA community of a property was indeed managed by them, but when it came to the simple question of the monthly HOA fee, the representative suddenly decided to channel their inner Sphinx and refused to answer. ?♂️
But wait, it gets better! I was then directed to a website, which I can only assume was designed by a disgruntled IT professional, as I had to navigate through multiple pages just to find out that RealManage wanted me to pay for the privilege of knowing the fee. What a delightful way to spend my morning! ?
In conclusion, this experience was about as enjoyable as a root canal performed by a clown with a jackhammer. But hey, at least they were willing to give me vasoline with the broom handle that they wanted to screw me with. No thank you!

Absolute disgrace of an HOA Management company. Horrible customer service and they will make it as difficult as they can for you to sell your home. They probably changed their name from Premier Community Mgmg to Real Manage because they have such a poor reputation they needed to rebrand. They are nothing but rude, unprofessional, and will hang up on you for asking for basic information that is your right to know.

We’ve been in our new neighborhood since end September. We were charged a $2000 fee with the purchase of our home, and we were told it would be refunded to us as soon as our landscaping was finished. We had our landscaping completed within a week of closing, and all of the documentation was sent over. I reached out two weeks after sending the documentation over and I was told it could take UP TO 30 days. We are now PAST 30 days. I have reached out three or four other times and I was told last week that I could pick up the check early this week. I haven’t heard anything so I reached out again via email with no response. I also called the main office and was told the community manager is unavailable. At this point, our money is being held for whatever reason. We were extremely timely in completing our landscaping, and we were told everything was good to go. There aren’t many homes being sold in our neighborhood and processing a check should not be that difficult, nor take this long of a timeframe. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.*****UPDATE*****Drove to 2 offices which are both closed. Now I am at the Phoenix office and have been sitting here for about an hour and a half while they “look into it” Now I am being told it will take another hour. What in the world kind of business are you trying to run? You should have “looked into it” in an acceptable time frame. Absolutely shady and ridiculous!!

Awful. Communication sucks, billing is very confusing or non Existent. And our neighborhood looks terrible. Most the documents on the website are out of date. Overall bad organization.

These people are horrible to work with. I was a home owner in one of the properties they "manage". Their operator is rude and if she bothers to answer calls, she argues you. Discussting.

Not only are they extremely professional but they are very fast! I recently purchased a home and they are our assigned HOA company and I have had such amazing customer service. I think the HOA for Queen Creek Station is mismanaged. It’s ludicrous for them to try and make us believe that they were handed a financial mess. The same people that are in charge now we’re involved through the development stage of our community. Unless someone can point out my error in judgement, I have to believe they were aware of the costs to run the maintenance through the development process.If they get away with raising our fees to $150 per month, we will be one of the highest base fees HOA’s in the East Valley. Someone needs to be accountable.

In my opinion as a community board member, the best decision we made was to drop Premier and switch to another management company. To sum up my experience, homeowners were pitted against homeowners, homeowners were pitted against board members and most annoyingly, board members were pitted against board members. We now operate efficiently as a board and as a community. Listen to the other reviews. They proved accurate in our situation.

Have an abandoned vehicle in front of my house, the police told me it was an HOA problem since I'm in an HOA community, I called HOA and they told me it wasn't their problem at all, I called the police back and they told me it is definitely an HOA problem because I'm in an HOA community, it's been amonth and the vehicle is still there and I have been fined for having an abandoned vehicle in front of my house by HOA. I have many negative things that I'm not going to say about this company.

I was unable to make a payment in the website and I called them after hours and left a message. Kelsey called me back and gave me the new website information. She was very nice and resolved my issue!
