The employee Emilio provided amazing customer service on the phone. I had called a pervious o'riellys in the area that didn't want to take their time to help me, but Emilio had no trouble. This one is a little farther away from my house but this is my new shop now!

I have never had less-than stellar service at this store. Today, Curtis helped me find the right wiper blades (it was a chore) for my Van AND then he installed them. That's the kind of service I get every time I go in there, even if I go in for something as small as a light bulb for a taillight.
I love, love, love this store and the folks who work in it. It's busy, but good.

First time shopping at O'Reilly. Purchased a replacement fan clutch for my truck. Post installation, did a test drive and the fan clutch failed causing about $2000.00 worth of damage. Repair shop verified that it indeed did fail. Joe the Manager at this store has flat out refused to reimburse me for all of the damages. Tried to work with Kasey, the District Manager, nada! Very disappointed in this chain. Now I have to take these clowns to small claims court. Definitely won't be back.

Went to get a replacement for my front headlight and Alex went far and beyond to be of service to me. Alex is very knowledgeable and made sure my headlights were working properly before I got back on the road. Having proper lights while driving is essential for the safety of everyone on the road and its guys like Alex that make an impact on the world today. It was unexpected to have him assist in getting my headlights in functioning order and I was extremely grateful. I couldn’t be more pleased with ORiellys having such an outstanding person like Alex at the forefronts representing what ORiellys customer service stands for. Thanks for your help Alex, it’s very much appreciated.

Went in for a 4 inch exhaust clamp I didn’t see any 4 inch exhaust stuff on the shelf so went up to counter to ask all I was told if it’s not on the shelf they don’t have it. Looked online at there store and it said it could be there by 4 so instead I ordered off Amazon because they were to lazy to do there job. Lost my business for future projects

I was in the store off hunts highway and Bella Vista ( next to McDonald's) and this guy was in there fighting with the manger and another employee about them not having cash in the store first thing when they open. He was throwing the biggest hissy fit. C'mon now. They literally just opened the door for both of us. I mean some people are so thick headed. Once this guy left I went up to the counter and Scott greeted me with a hello as if he didn't just deal with an A-hole customer. I really like this store. They go out of their way for you when they can.

I just realized one of my headlight was out. Stopped at O'Reillys to get a new bulb. I know nothing about cars. A wonderful gentleman named SCOTT from New Jersey. Helped me find the right bulb. Recommended some magic goo to make it work better and showed me how to put it in my car. He could not have been nicer. I will absolutely come back to this store! Give that man a raise!

I went in this morning because I had a busted headlight, and Joe was so helpful guiding me in what size I need and making recommendations for what specific one to get as well. He answered all my questions and was so helpful! He gave me information the dealer didn’t even give me when I went in because my headlight was constantly going out. He even installed them for me and gave me tips to help them last longer. I was in and out lickity split, even as it was a busy morning! Definitely recommend this place!
