My car had issues starting, so I took it to the O’Reilly’s off of Power/Chandler Heights (my first time at that location).I talked with Chris, Assistant Manager, over the phone, and he was really positive and reassuring. When I arrived, he jump started my car & used a device to let me know it was my battery (not my alternator) that needed replacing. He was just so friendly and eager to help- I really appreciated it. I can see why he’s in management.

Nick was amazing and helped me out when I really needed it. These guys are honest and extremely helpful and that's hard to come by nowadays.

Douglas was beyond helpful. What a gentleman!! He took care of my batteries beyond what anyone in any other store would have done. He is an excellent employee and customer service representative

I like going here as they often have parts that I need and if they don't have in stock, they'll have in by next day. Zeke is always friendly and helpful. I had to return an alternator that I purchased 2 years ago that seem to work but had an intermittent fault that was difficult to measure under the standard voltage test. Zeke provided a new replacement under warranty, so I'm very happy with their customer service!
