I had a great experience with One Stop Firearms. I purchased a firearm from an online dealer and had it shipped to One Stop Firearms to do the FFL Transfer. The team there was very friendly and responsive. It was easy to coordinate coming down to pick up my firearm. They have a great shop with a good selection of firearms and ammo. I ended up picking up some ammo along with my firearm and I'll be back for more. I highly recommend doing business with One Stop Firearms, they are great! Thanks Kyle & Rick!

I make a mistake and ordered two wrong mags, I got in touch with One Stop and they said return the mags,within one day I received a phone call and they found the right mags and sent them right out to me,this was my first order and I plan to do more business with them. I wish I could put more than five stars I ordered a 32 round 9 mm Taurus G2 C mag from the actual shop Taurus website and my package was lost. I was very upset and I ordered one from one stop firearms because the price was good and I just really wanted my magazine and I got it to me in Florida from Arizona in two days!!! I definitely recommend, much love.

One Stop Firearms is nothing short of FANTASTIC! I purchased my very first firearm with them and the process was very smooth, simple, and easy. I worked directly with Kyle. He was super accommodating and answered all of my (many) questions with ease. I live in Indiana, so I was a tad hesitant to purchase so far away, but I am so, so happy I did. Kyle worked with me on method of payment and had my firearm shipped out the very next day, keeping my updated on the status of the process all along the way. He was even kind enough to email me a copy of my receipt in addition to including it in my package to ease my mind since I was purchasing from quite a few states over. Overall, my experience was 5 star (more if I could give it)! I will definitely work with Kyle at One Stop for all of my future firearm needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. These guys are great. Definitely who I’m going to be doing business with from now on. Got a 32rd mag for my G3 from them and it’s perfect fits exactly as described, fast order process as well. Kyle and the guys at One Stop were so awesome to work with!I wanted to pick up a small conceal carry pistol for my wife, and they had just the gun I was looking for at a price that was better than anyone arounds. Kyle was great in setting up and coordinating an appointment, and was very prompt and responsive in all of our communications. At the shop everyone was super friendly and answered all of my questions (they know their stuff). I left with the exact firearm I wanted and with a few boxes of ammo as well. I encourage everyone to support these guys and buy local.

Couldn't be more happier with going with supplier. Accidently ordered the wrong magazine because it was for a friend... Chad called me personally and verified which magazine I needed and replaced the one I ordered with the correct one with no additional charge. This company has won my future business. Fast shipping.. Prices are fantastic and so is the selection but I really have to commend them on customer service. You're really awesome thank you. Kyle responded immediately to the request I sent through the website and resolved my mistake. I mistyped my shipping info and he fixed it within minutes.

"Buyer Beware!!" If you need service with a problem from this company for your on-line order don't expect to get help! I ordered a simple mag for my handgun that had a manufactures defect. I spoke with Chad who very bluntly said call the manufacture. I left multiple voice mails with manufacture and got NO response. I explained this to Chad via emails, voice mails and text messages (per the instructions on there answering machine) that I only want a replacement but "One Stop Firearms" seems to have wiped their hands from this issue and wont reply to any correspondence. I spent a weeks waiting for a reply to my email and voice messages with No response so my only option was to send the mag back to them for a replacement or refund, they received it on 12/21 with a copy of the original invoice and contact info, followed that up with another email explaining what I wanted, made three more calls and left voice messages and as of 01/08 there still has been NO response. Consider this before you purchase. Don't end up like me!

This place is 100% legit. I bought a brand new 15 round magazine for my Taurus Pt111 9mm and it came within days, plus such great quality on the product to that I purchased from One Stop Firearms!!???
