Staff laughed at my daughter's toe nails that naturally grow slightly crooked and kept showing eachother and giggling. Then the guy who did my toes saved the dead skin shavings and showed his coworkers. We are not stupid. We know when we are being made fun of even if we dont know the language being spoken. We were rushed and steps of the pedicure were skipped. When getting my gel manicure, the tech glued my finger to the table and when I pointed out that there was gel/glue stuck to my finger after I pulled it up, he just shrugged his shoulders instead of helping me get it off. We went here to relax and enjoy ourselves, but left feeling pushed around, stressed, and overcharged. I tipped, but was tempted not to for the first time in my life. We will never be back.

Really hit or miss. Consistency and quality is the problem. When either of the 3 gentlemen do my nails I have zero complaints. If one of the female techs does my nails, they speed through it and the quality lacks. I have natural nails and only get Dip manicures. My thumb varnish is now lifting, yet the other nails look great. I just need to make it a point to make appointments with the best techs.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! I showed Anne a Pinterest photo as inspiration for what I wanted. She took that inspo but made it a million times better! She took the creativity to the next level and added her own touch and chose the colors and just gave me my dream nails! Don’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for incredible nails each and every time!

Anne is absolutely amazing!! She takes time to make sure your nails are smooth and even. She is incredibly talented and can do amazing designs! Longest lasting dip I’ve ever had without lifting or chipping. Definitely recommend!!

The lady doing my nails was hitting the side of my toe nail bed with the drill while removing my nail polish. I keep jumping up from the pain and let her know it was painful. She told me she had to do it that way to remove the polish. She was running her mouth speaking her about the situation to everyone that walked by her. She proceeded to file my nails with the board and started scraping the top of my toes with the board. When it was time to massage she just gently rubbed my legs. She had more pressure removing the nail polish than my massage. Happy Mother’s Day to me. I will let everyone know how horrible this experience was and warn them to never walk through those doors.

Requested style: I requested an ombré look! Red with black at the tips! I loooooove the way it turned out!
Stylist: Tom did my nails and he did incredible! He made sure I liked what he was doing every step of the way!

Such an amazing experience every time! I have been coming here for 2 years now and have had exceptional service every time. I especially appreciate Tom who has such pride in his work. If he doesn’t like it, he will redo it and make sure you love it. Amazing job overall!
