I do not recommend this bank. Any bank that doesn't uphold their promotion is a worthless bank. This bank doesn't keep their word. if you want that to happen to you, then come to this bank.When they have their promotion they will treat you just like that. Also if you do use this bank this bank will not tell you everything you need to know and you'll end up getting charged for paper statements. On top of all that it's hard to get a hold of people and your customer service is very low in my opinion. And whatever you do, don't ask for Brad or sal. Because one's a worthless manager that doesn't help you.Sal is your. Banker and He will Be unavailable or not helpful when available He will also tell you.He will fix things that he has no power to fix. SoIf this sounds like a bank for you, then don't hesitate.Get down there right away and get an account. Middle finger For this bank.

When I opened my account they didn't tell me about paper statements costing $5.00 ...Opened a business acoount and our website was taking longer than expected to develop ....account ended up overdrawn with zero transactions. When I finally realized what happened I called the branch and thought they had fixed the situation. The following month same thing and when I called asked Rob why it hadn't been fixed from prior month he said he would take care of it, he called me back and said it was fixed I said great, then he proceeds to tell me tha account is closed......I said I didn't want to close it and he was actually put off about having to go back to reopen......literally annoyed....I said it leave it closed I'll just open another business account at my other bank. Really poor customer service, what a trainwreck apparently from other google reviews.

If a bank tempts you with a cash promotion, don't hesitate to find another bank. Opening an account today means waiting two weeks for a confirmation email. Despite depositing your salary for four months, they won't provide any promotions, claiming you opened the account after the promotion period. This bank breaks promises and escapes. Online services are painfully limited, requiring in-person visits for most tasks.

All MidFirst suck if we are being honest and this one is no exception. Avoid banking here. I need to close my account and go back to chase. The customer service is usually trash and as a buisness it's always IMPOSSIBLE to get change here like so no I have to go to chase where I do my personal banking and make two trips. It's honestly ridiculous and depending on what mood the employees are in that's how they will treat you.

One person in this branch that can open an account or enter info to run a new card. Really? Yet all the bank tellers sit around waiting for someone to walk in the door. Literally takes 2 of them to deposit my check but none are skilled to get me a new card. Customer service has gone down since I opened an account years ago. Not convenient even when scheduling just for a replacement card.

Perhaps I'm not familiar with small banks, but they need more staff or have staff cross-trained so when one person is out or has a lot on their plate, someone else can do the work that needs to get done for their customers.Wanted to try out Midfirst, but will have to move my accounts to a larger bank soon.

As I begin my journey onto ASU, I had a great experience getting my Pitchfork ID. I really wanted to highlight the staff but specifically Sal Amezquita. He made the experience easy and comforting and really knew how to take matters into his own hands to help. He was great in making family feel comfortable and was always willing to help even for miniscule questions. He goes above and beyond, I really recommend him. (He also speaks Spanish which is a huge plus.)

Customer service here is excellent. I currently bank at 3 banks; due to my travel and need access to withdraw and deposit. By far MidFirst stands out and this location so far has been doing a great job. If I was to make the only complaint. When we opened the account, either I forgot or was not told that statements default to paper. You have to go online, not in app, to turn off this selection. I only found out when I saw a $3 charge on my account.
