I have left reviews for Little O Tires in the past and they are great. Today I dropped my son off for school at 8:50am. Tire light came on 20lbs of air. Called Little O Tires and the lady super nice on the phone is like bring it in. I went straight over and was home drinking coffee at 9:30. I have to tell you for honest and a repair done quickly and done right they are great. Thanks guys for getting me in and out.

I can not recommend this place. Have a Toyota pickup that has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. Took it to this place for an oil change and have had to go back 4 times in 2 months. The last time I picked up, I was welcomed by a loud screeching noise when it starts. I don't know what they are doing wrong (intentionally or unintentionally), but never going back!

Why can't Little O Tire put prices in on the internet like everybody else. I definetly don't take the time to call to find out they are not competitive with their prices.

We needed codes read in one of our vehicles, and Little O Tires cheerfully read and then reset an errant code, without charging us anything. Excellent customer service, will return when we need tires!

Brought my car here twice. The first time was to repair my burned camshaft and battery installation which wasn’t bad. The second time was in the beginning of the year and I supposedly got my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced and fixed. After two months my brakes starting making a squeaky sound so I took it to another mechanic and they told me there was oil leaking from my rear brakes so my front brakes were doing all the braking. Not only do I have to fix my brakes but because of the oil leaking I have to get new axle seals. The mechanic ended up telling me whoever fixed my car used bad parts which caused the oil to leak in the first place. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

There’s a reason this is company has not been rated by the Better Business Bureau; They are crooks be very careful as they will sell you “brand new looking tires” but the problem is they are old tires that will dry rot on you within a year or less and start to crack and fall apart. They will sell you tires that are 2 to 7 years old but look new, no tire wear. True, there will be no tire wear but their old tires and legally should not be on the road if they’re older than 4 to 10 years. They will pick up tires at a major discount from their suppliers because those tires are old and been sitting. Now you’re thinking you’re getting a discounted price versus their competitor. Those new looking but all tires have been sitting in a hot warehouse somewhere here in Arizona.Be very careful to check the manufacturing date on those tires. You should not purchase a tire if it’s more than a year old.They pride themselves on giving you good pricing but the quality tires they are securing for you are the most dangerous tires they could provide you. You get a blowout on one of those tires the damage that you would incur on your vehicle far outweighs the deal you got on the tires, that’s no real savings at all. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible. Not sure if they're bad mechanics or liars or both but they recommended a $600 repair we didn't need. In fact they missed the problem so bad it could have destroyed the engine. Got the car back with a cracked windshield too. And they'll charge you $95 just to look for the problem they can't diagnose right and they don't credit the $95 towards repairs...major red flag. Oh and did I mention they won't ever call you with updates when they say they will? They wasted a whole weekend for us. Stay away from this business.

This place is not run like it used to be run. Placed my order for 2 tires. Was quoted $504 for 4 tires. I was told to arrive the next day at 10 AM. I arrived at 10 AM and was told my car would be on the lift in 30 minutes. I explained I had a ride and my kids got off at 130 and I would be back after I picked them up from school. I arrived at 230. Paid $392.05 got into my car and left. Didn't get to the stop sign before I realize my back tire is at 26 psi and that's what it was when I dropped off the car. I turn around and go back to find out they had never even worked on my car. They charged me for services they never did. I demanded a refund. I asked how my vehicle had an appointment with pre-ordered tires and had been at there shop for 4.5 hours and no work had been done on it. She shrugged and said she didn't know and said I refunded you.
