“I would give this store 5 stars except for a terrible experience I had this past Wednesday 4/3/24. A problem I hope will be addressed. I have been going to this store off and on since my reno began in Sept. 2023!However, on the positive side of all that I've experienced. I really wanted to give Kendall a shoutout for being the BEST customer service representative of the store. She has helped throughout my renovation with all my tile needs and I've specifically sought her out upon my arrival at the store because she's not only knowledgeable but also very personable and helpful! “We are contemplating a master bath remodel and stopped by the Fergusons Mesa location on a Saturday afternoon. The showroom is nicely set up and displays their products well. We were able to browse through a large selection of kitchen, bath, and shower plumbing fixtures. We also looked through their section that displayed bathroom sets which had bathtubs, toilets, and vanity cabinets. There was a nice young man sitting at the desk there who was very helpful in answering our questions, and looking up product specifications.”

“Last week I stopped in to find a painting I really loved that I saw online. I asked salesman, Stuart for help who sadly couldn’t find it. He took down my number in case he found it. I got a phone call a couple days later that he found it for me. He was so thoughtful to keep looking for it and really went above and beyond. I appreciate the care for the customer that you just don’t see so much these days. I will definitely keep coming back because of my experience at this location.”
