Last week I stopped in to find a painting I really loved that I saw online. I asked salesman, Stuart for help who sadly couldn’t find it. He took down my number in case he found it. I got a phone call a couple days later that he found it for me. He was so thoughtful to keep looking for it and really went above and beyond. I appreciate the care for the customer that you just don’t see so much these days. I will definitely keep coming back because of my experience at this location.

They always have a big selection, I am always greeted when I walk in which I appreciate. The only thing that I wish they would not do is put a lot of things way up out of your reach, because if the person who’s working, is busy with someone else than you are on your own! There was only one person working the day I went in to look at lamps, the lamp I wanted to see and probably would’ve bought was a little over $100 and there’s no way I could’ve gotten to it! I am thinking a ladder and some time would’ve been involved. So I ended up just walking out of the store after I looked around I must say that the lady was very sweet one I walked in and said hi and explained about the sale that was going on.I will be back again one day. Hopefully I’ll be able to walk a little closer at the lamp that I was interested in.

I've lived in the area about 5 years now and this store is a quarterly visit for me. I like all the variety. I've found some really great deals on wall art. The candles are very aromatic and usually outlast my other candles from Yankee. I think the staff attitude is good for me but I do sometimes see other customers getting frustrated when they come in for returns. I'm not sure if they have kept the receipt or just walking in without the record of sale. It's hard to tell as I try not to listen in but I think a better corporate solution by Kirkland's will be good where they can look up the sale another way. Overall good service.

Very sweet store!!! No not related to the Kirkland line at Costco!! My friend bought us a set of outdoor in ground solar lights that are just adorable!! So many different styles of home goods to choose from!!! Prices weren't to bad either! Loved it!

Poor communication between store and online sales. They don't even try to rectify it. Business may be good now for them but with this sort of customer service it won't continue.

Very RUDE lady working there and she doesn't even greet you or smile, just very unwelcoming and unwilling to want to help in any way. If your mad at the world or about your life don't take it out on customers!!!!Unacceptable behavior for paying customers Stay away from this store, I won't be spending anymore money there.

Went in to look at Christmas items seen a deer stocking hanger asked both ladies if they had others and then turn around and seen one being sold to another lady !!! What way to business very rude and insulting !!! I will not go back to this location
