This place was great in fixing my wife’s car and straightening things out between two auto insurance companies involved in my accident. I will definitely use them again if I have to. This place also specializes in electric vehicles as well which my wife has. A lot of other shops in the area won’t touch them and referred to Kaizen.

Wow! Let me say how incredible this shop is…from the warm welcome from the front counter girl to the repair process with Joe Decker…every thing was handled smooth with great communication with a positive, helpful attitude. You can tell the synergy that is created and maintained in that shop because my car was delivered to me way better than even expected.
