It may have taken a few tries, but they did the repair, it looks lovely and they were very kind. I will bring all my repairs here in the future.”
“Link on my daughter’s gold plated necklace broke so I stopped at Kay jewelers who said they don’t have a jeweler on site but could send it out for $139 ?. Found Haney’s on line and saw they did repairs and had great reviews, so I asked if they could fix it via text and I got a response within 3 minutes saying yes. Went there and he said it’s very fine but I can get it done. Give me an hour or so as I have a few other customers to take care of. $15 is what it cost me. Well worth the extra 10 minute drive. It’s a small boutique jewelery store who take pride in their craft and no job is too big or small. I love the personal service touch of dealing with an owner who cares about their business and understands the customer is most important.”

“Barbara Wagner Neese, Sales Associate and other staff went above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I had been hunting for days for. I didn’t realize finding such a simple piece would be so difficult and I had just about given up when I walked into Helzberg Diamonds at the Superstition mall. I told Barbara what I was trying to find and she immediately took action. The chain was in store but the charm and the engraving had to be a special order. We were pressed for time and leaving for our trip very soon but once again, she stepped right up to ensure it would arrive in time. I know my purchase was on the small scale side in comparison to all of the big beautiful diamonds sold in there however that didn’t stop the staff from treating me the same as if I was purchasing a yacht master Rolex. I am also very happy with the way the charm came out and I can’t wait to gift it to my special friend. You now have a permanent customer and I will be back for future jewelry needs. “What an amazing experience. Kirsten was 10/10 a dream to work with. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my ring. Since we saw so many great reviews, we had to come and check the store out! And I am so glad we did! Clean store, and a huge selection! I wanted an oval ring and was beyond pleased with what I went with. I can’t rave enough about this place. Talk about a no pressure, flexible and comfortable experience. I remember going to Zales and having such a horrible time- mainly because they would have zero personality and didn’t care about your needs. But Kirsten gave us the 5-star experience. “My husband has a very special family heirloom ring that had worn thin and broke apart. He was so concerned and about dropping this off at a repair shop but knew he wanted to get it fixed. Ruby's repaired the break and added gold to the worn portion that matched the rest of the ring perfectly. It is beautiful and they completed it two weeks earlier than promised! “Back in 2022, I was browsing for months online, trying to find the perfect engagement ring. I was not interested in a diamond, but rather an aquamarine stone in a halo setting in an oval shape. I fell in love with a particular ring by Neil Lane. However, it was no longer available online. I was so disappointed!
My (now) husband and I decided to go to Kay Jeweler's in person to see if there was any chance it was available elsewhere or if it could possibly be custom made.
We met Mike! The manager of the San Tan Mall store and he is simply amazing! He looked at the ring I fell in love with and then he made phone calls and he was able to find one of the very last ones available at that time! I was in tears! I couldn't believe it! And to top it off, he was also able to find the wedding band to match! AND they were on sale! I was over the moon! He had them shipped to the store and the rest is history!
We were married in June of that year! That Christmas, my husband surprised me with earrings that matched my ring perfectly that Mike helped him with! Beautiful!
Lastly, my husband wanted to get me the 2nd band to match the other to surround the engagement and then have them soldered together to prevent spinning. Once again, Mike was able to find the exact band and had it shipped to the store and then we sent all 3 to be soldered and cleaned!
I just got them back last week and I am so, so happy with them!
We cannot express our gratitude enough! Our experiences at this Kay Jeweler's have been amazing! Mike is a fantastic manager and all around good human! He cares about his customers and goes above and beyond! Top-notch customer service all the way...with the added touch of making us feel like family!
