I had been attempting to start internet at my new residence (I’m already a Cox member at my current residence but needed to run it at both houses for a period of time). I had a host of challenges getting it set up which turned out to be miscommunications between Cox and my needs. Walking into the store, I wasn’t expecting much.Not only did Jonathan listen to me vent, he also helped me to sort my internet out so it was what I actually needed. My router situation was causing a host of issues and Jonathan not only gave me advice how to fix it, he walked me through short term solutions. I was even willing to listen to his pitch on Cox Mobile (which I’m probably going to go with since it’s basically Verizon). I walked out forgetting why I was annoyed in the first place and now even thinking about expanding my service with them! Great work Jonathan!”

“STAFF IS AMAZING, SERVICE IS AMAZING, I LOVE THIS STORE. People complaining about bad service are just unhappy that not EVERYTHING can be handled at a store level. Some things HAVE to be done OVER THE PHONE. Surprisingly the “sales representative” doesn’t work on the towers, or manufacture the phones, or generate your bill. There’s different departments for different issues. Most folk are just braindead npc’s that can’t comprehend the fact that sometimes they have to help themselves and not cry at the first minor inconvenience in their boring lives.”
