I hate to shop and I really don’t like to shop at any stores like this that feel disorganized but today I felt it was cleaned up and only complaint is their prices have gone up so much. But great place for gifts.

Came shopping here with my daughter and we found a nice table lamp. Went to check out with our $100 lamp and the associate tells us that he has to keep the lightbulb, per store policy. Well the store policy just made ya'll lose $100 for a $3 bulb. Congrats and what dumb policy.

Regular home goods shopper here. Tried to return something from a few months back. They made me feel like an really dumb repeating that it was from a few months ago and said they would not take it back. Looks like they should go read the return policy. A manager with light grey hair a little past her shoulders refused to take it back. "After 30 day, you receive store credit" right on their company page.! Bad and unprofessional service. Your not Nordstroms for peat sake! Learn your own companies rules and try being civil.

I love the merchandise I bought but the service was awful. I bought a large pot and was having difficulty lifting it to the check out and asked if the cord would stretch and the clerk just gave me a disgusted look so I did my best to lift it out. Then she informed me that I had to check out the holiday things separate from the regular item. That was fine. I bought two very fragile picture frames and a sequined table runner. She slammed the pictures frames on top of each other and when I grabbed one and said, I would rather have them wrapped separately so that they didn’t break she looked at me like I was nuts. Then she flopped the sequined table runner on the counter. Luckily nothing tore off. Then she asked me a question and because I am hard of Hearing and she had a giant wad of gum in her mouth, I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat herself. Again, she acted like I was some kind of an anomaly. I RARELY give poor reviews and will not mention her name but it will be a long time before I shop at the Queen Creek HomeGoods again.
