“Baxter's is a great store, and I go to it every Tuesday night, and play a game of Magic and get a new comic book. Sometimes I even get a new game for my xbox. The service there is amazing and very helpful, especially when finding Magic cards. They have really good prices and they don't ramp them up that often. The only thing I would say about it is that they do have a small selection of comics and games, and it would be great if they brought in games like mortal kombat xl, or riders republic to the xbox one section.”

“Models look great. I will say they do over promise/under deliver on time frames. I was told I’d receive the models by Christmas, and ordered 3 large models spending a significant amount of money. They were all over a month late.They did call me to see if I was satisfied after I finally received them which was nice. Although when I expressed disappointment with the delay they were sort of just like “ya… that sucks sorry”. I might recommend using them again because they seem to do good work and the model matches my photos fairly well. Just make sure you’re not in a hurry & not expecting any sympathy if something goes wrong!”
“We bought our Christmas tree here and it is the nicest Christmas tree I have ever had. This Michael's location had a great variety of Christmas decor including the most beautiful trees! Everything was marked down at least 50% for their Black Friday sale...although I'm pretty sure the prices of some things are inflated just to be marked down. Anyway, our tree was originally priced to be over $300 and we paid $139.99 plus tax. It is pre-lit, 7.5' tall, and the LEDs change from white to multi colored if you want it to. There's a control box attached to the lights that allow you to select the color options you'd like. I thought it was a great value and couldn't be happier. I'm happy Michael's sold his because we were having trouble finding a nice tree for under $200. Similar trees of this caliber were going for over $300 at stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, etc.”
“I stopped by Michael’s yesterday to get a custom framing project done and I was waited on by Savannah in their framing department. She was so nice and extremely helpful. She gave me some great tips and took the time helping me pick out frames and laying out my framing project. Michael’s is so lucky to have great employees like her who truly provide great customer service above and beyond their call.”
“I can always find what I need at Michael’s. My project was to put my WV License Plate on some sort of wooden/slate material or even a picture frame so I can hang on a wall in my house. (Just recently moved to AZ from WV about 3 months ago.) I must have looked lost trying to figure things out, when all of a sudden a very nice store employee asked if I needed help. At this point I felt as if she threw me a lifeline! She helped me decide on paint choice, paint applicator, and craft sheets. Not to mention her awesome suggestion of using collage to put the pieces of craft sheets on my wooden plaque I picked out. If it weren’t for her (I can’t remember her name), I more than likely would have walked out of the store with just a wooden plaque. She is definitely an asset to the store!”

“Great staff here to help you do whatever it is your doing at whatever lvl of your hobby in RC. We recently bought a Maxx from them at their recommendations and it ran great! That this is an absolute savage! It takes one hell of a beating and comes back for more.. the body bash up rather quick due to inexperienced drivers sending it 25-30 ft off BMX ramps. As to be expected, eventually we did break it and we took it back to them. they set us up with the correct pieces and upgrades and advice to continue the epic bashing! They also do full repairs for ppl less mechanically inclined or fear messing stuff up. I think the best part of this location is the 2 areas to run your RC.”
