I only go to Greulichs when I need help with my cars. They have always been straight with me and charged fair prices for good service. Today they went above and beyond. Instead of a mechanical problem they found and dug out a dead animal under my hood. The stink was bad. It was truly an awful job that they told me over the phone they wouldn’t normally do. Thank you Greulichs. My wife and I are happy.

Brought my truck in to have ball joints, trac bar, tie rods, and drag link installed. I do have to give them props on a quick turnaround time and customer service. but when i got my truck back it still had a wobble even over the little bumps that you can barely feel. i went under my truck and they didn’t tighten the steering stabilizers or the trac bar. now i have to get another trac bar since it tore the bushings. i paid 2 grand and i atleast expected all the nuts or bolts to be tight.

Decent overall experience, however, when I do go to any Gruelics location they seem to be very sales driven. For example, when I take my Acura to the dealership they say everything is in good shape outside of an oil change and very minor maintenance. When I take my Acura to Gruelics, they tell you that you need 5k work.. So who is lying…?

Awful experience every single time. They take forever to fix your parts. Always tell you a million things is wrong and it’s gonna cost thousands of dollars. Even if you came in for only one thing wrong. I’ve known multiple people who’ve had the exact same problems.

The staff took care of me in a professional manner and worked to get my car fixed quickly. When I picked up my car the mechanic who worked on it went over details of the repair with me and made sure I did not have any other questions or concerns. I highly recommend Greulich’s for all auto repair needs!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick and Chris at Greulich's Automotive! They knew exactly what was happening with my GMC Yukon and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. With a lawsuit currently against GMC, they took extra steps to address the issues thoroughly. They even offered us a rental car and kept us updated throughout the repairs.
Even though we’re from out of town (Wyoming), they had everything fixed in just three days so we could safely head back home. The repairs included the cooling line, throttle body, torque converter, and transmission. If you’re having any problems with your GMC, I highly recommend stopping by here—Rick and Chris really know their stuff! Their expertise and care made all the difference during a stressful time.
