It's taken me a bit to be able to come on here and post a review because losing our fur baby was the hardest thing ever. We had never been to this vet before. Our Cashy took a turn for the worst in the middle of the night and our good friends recommended going here. They took my whole family in and treated us like old patients. The dr was kind and loving and explained everything that was happening. Though losing our Cash was traumatizing, the experience of a kind staff will never be forgotten. To add to it, a week later, we got a personalized sympathy card with hand written notes on it from the staff. I have tears running down my face just typing this review out. Even though they didn't know us personally, they knew how hard that loss was for us. Thank you Gilbert QC Emergency Vet and Specialty Center for everything.

So happy with this facility- they took great care of our puppy and we really appreciated the good communication. They explained all the treatments in detail and followed up with phone calls. Staff is very friendly and made us feel comfortable in an emergency situation.

My little dog, Daisy, was attacked by a coyote. We immediately rushed her in and they were prepped and ready for her when we arrived. They immediately started her IV to administer pain meds. We discussed with the vet that we had a budget and they respected that. After the X-ray & seeing the damage to her trachea and vessels, they didn't continue drawing all the blood they were planning to help us save money. We know that they did all they could for our baby girl within our budget. Despite our broken hearts, we were happy with the care she received. Her memory box is so beautiful. Thank you!!

These people really cared about my cats & dog and me too. Care is always expensive but GQCE is the most economical--always depends on the case, but they really have to staff & equipment to save lives.

About a week ago, my husband and I rushed our sweet Yorkie terrier to the GQC Emergency Vet & Specialty Center because she had been sick for about a week and had stopped eating. Our regular vet referred us there and we couldn't be more happy with the services we received. Dr. Balmy Fang was compassionate, caring, and so thorough. She found a huge tumor in Lucy's right lung and so kindly shared options. We all cried as she carefully helped our sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge. What a GREAT facility and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fang as the perfect PET DOC!

I lost my beautiful, precious, amazing Maya to something called VALLEY FEVER. If you have dogs and live in the West and are not familiar with it, GET FAMILIAR WITH IT! It's caused by mold spores in the soil, and it is almost impossible to cure once it's established in the body. Maya was on medication for 7 months that had absolutely no impact in helping her at all because the mold colonized and reproduced in her entire stomach and she wasn't able to absorb anything. She LITERALLY STARVED TO DEATH because the mold took all the nutrients away from her body for itself. It's like some DAMN HORROR MOVIE YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY IMAGINE!!!!!!! Oh....and people get it too. I even took her all the way to Phoenix to a Valley Fever specialist. 3 hour drive one way...and they did nothing to help her. And can I just add.....Veterinarians are scumbags and the worst type of criminal who preys on a pet owners love for their pet. They had to have seen the huge mass that took up her entire stomach when they did xrays a month ago, and they said nothing to me about it. Then I take her to another Vet who did an ultrasound and showed the mass was so big it was pushing her intestines down and her lungs up. HOW DO YOU MISS SOMETHING LIKE THAT? You don't!!!!! The specialist in Phoenix turned out to be a crook like the rest of the Veterinary profession and led me to believe that if we amputated her leg for $7000, she would get better on different meds. So we did. She died a month and a half later. Once I saw that mass in her stomach, it was too late to do anything to help her and there was no way any oral medication would have helped that. She needed intrevenous treatment, which had I known in time, would have cost $12,000. No that's not a typo. $12,000!!! I still would have done it, but didn't get the chance thanks to incompetent, self-serving, veterinary crooks!

My 3 year old Tuxedo cat who I love dearly, Sabrina, got into some Lilys which l then learned is toxic to cats so I brought her here for treatment. She stayed a few nights for fluids and monitoring in the ICU before she was fortunately safe and cleared to go home with me. The entire time the staff treated Sabrina and I with compassion, respect, and sincere care. They had stellar communication, giving me updates multiple times a day with pictures, and they were up front and honest about the plan of care and potential costs. I'm so grateful for the quality of care Sabrina received and the entire team at GQVET. Thank you for everything! To anyone needing an emergency vet, you've found a good one here.

Spent over an hour at another Emergency vet and didn’t even have a tech come in and speak to us……. I am so glad they did that though, because we left and went to THIS amazing place. They communicated with me through the entire process, had my Corso falling in love with every member of the staff that she met, and had her feeling good before we left. The staff and doctors here care. They care for your animal, they care for your time, they care about finding answers. Would give them 100 stars ⭐️

The staff here is wonderful! They did the best possible job with the situation we presented them with and although we ended up having to put our 7 year old Great Dane down, they were so kind and caring during the whole process. We cannot thank them enough for the care they showed our girl and it was such a relief that they cared so much for here during her time here with them. Words cannot express how much it meant to us.

If you need any kind of emergency animal care please come to this location. The care from beginning to end is top notch. We unfortunately had a cat whose life ended but the compassion for our pet and us was outstanding. The vet techs are amazing and treat your pet with such love and kindness. Liv our vet tech went above and beyond during our cats hospital stay and his aftercare, she was god sent for us in a very difficult time. She gave us comfort and closure throughout the process, I couldn’t imagine going through this without her level of compassion towards us. This team cares about your pet! Thankyou GQ vet staff!

I can't say enough amazing things about every single person at this clinic. My cat was dying and I had called 25 different vet clinics to help and being an in extremely rough financial situation I couldn't find anyone to help or give me advice. I called them and they had me come in immediately. They comforted me and my kids, went out of their way to help and have been so kind and supportive. This was my first experience having to deal with this and they really went above and beyond. They knew the whole situation and made me feel seen and heard. I am forever grateful to the team

They told us it'd be a 30min-1hr long wait to get a room. Got in just under 15 minutes. Handled everything quickly, and were very social. Appreciated it a ton.
