Very happy with my experience here. I came in needing a deep scrape repaired and repainted, as well as a miscolored rear bumper repainted to match the rest of the car. I worked with Ryan, and he was fantastic. Everyone on the team was friendly. These guys did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations with the work that was done. My car was also finished 2 days early.

Had an issue with my windshield and mirror, went in asking for a quote. They didn’t have what they needed on hand, but told me exactly what to do and sent me across the street to Napa to get a $8 product that would address the issue. Will come back next time I have a body or glass issue.

Great experience!! They replaced my drivers side mirror that was broken in a car wash. Whitney was our advisor and he was prompt with communication before we came in. He quoted us a fair price and kept me in the loop as I waited for the repair to be done. Thank you!Service was quick and super friendly!! Needed to get the front bumper replaced on our Highlander as it was damaged in a parking lot; no witnesses, and no note from driver who hit my vehicle, so I went through my insurance company.I was referred to this center by my insurance company. The staff was friendly, and professional. I came in on a Tuesday for the initial inspection. After the inspection, I was told that they would need to order the part and it would arrive approximately by either Thursday or Friday. It was also explained, at that time, exactly what would be done, an estimated time of completion, and I was given a written quote.I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a week later (this also would allow any extra time if there were any shipping issues). I arrived the following Tuesday and dropped off the Highlander. Again, I was given an estimated time of 2-3 days to complete the repair. I was kept informed of the repair progress by text. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next afternoon informing me that the repairs were completed as well as the sensors were readjusted.Outstanding customer service and professional work. They guarantee their work for the life of you owning your vehicle.Placing photos of the before and after images of the damage and repair.

Gerber Collision Queen Creek is the place to take your vehicle for repair. They are honest, actually finished my install 2 days earlier than quoted. And brought me closure about the damage to my vehicle. Like brand new again!
