This pharmacy is god awful, have tried multiple times to no avail. Final straw was Called them about my newborn daughters important prescription to which they said it would be done by 12:00 I show up at 5:00 and was told they have been out of stock on the medication and can’t fill it until Monday. This made my life entirely difficult and could have been easily prevented, if you like bad customer service proceed to this fry’s pharmacy.

my script went in at 9am. i show up at 3pm. the lady tells me i have to wait an hour and i can either sit and wait or shop.this is pathetic and unacceptable. you've had 6 hours to fill a bottle with 10 pills. please fire everybody who "works" here and start from scratch.i promise you, the next time i have an issue with this pharmacy, im going to jump the desk and fill the script myself. these people cant even fill a bottle, no way they're going to try and physically stop me.

I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, because Pharmacy work is tough. Lots of prescriptions coming all day and who knows when you will be picking them up. When we first started using them mid Covid, the lines were horrendous. Now I usually only wait behind one or two people. Staff is always friendly and try to take care of you. Most of the time, I have to wait for my prescription to be filled, even if it has been there for 24 hours from my doctors. But now, I plan for the lack of timely prescription and shop after I check in. Then come back when I am done.

Today is 10/13, they recieved my script 10/9, the auto dialer says it was ready for p/u 10/12 after 2pm. Apparently they MD made mistake and it couldnt be filled, no call to me or MD so I have NO script. Of course not their fault. Why is no one responsible for doing their jobs any more? First time using Frys and they did not impress.

Very poor service the lady with the red hair is very rude.. either they are under staffed or lazy and not doing there job.. had a Dr's appointment 2 hours away and it's still a 30bminute wait for my medication.. Its not fair to the people who actually need their medication and your workers aren't even working hard enough to get prescriptions filled.. it's a shame you choose to not do YOUR job and still be rude

Very disorganized staff. They spend several minutes per customer running around looking for prescriptions that are scattered about. This makes the lines very long and wait times are about 45 minutes to pickup a prescription that was filled the day before. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. ANYWHERE.

The worst pharmacy in existence. They will literally lie to you about your prescription. They should honestly mercy-kill this pharmacy. They provide more false hope and disappointment than medicine. Do not get your meds sent here. This place belongs in hell.

Pharmacy. Someone needs to do something. I went to Dr. Yesterday 5/15/23 real sick with flu Dr ordered antibiotics and unable to get any cause no one answer s phone to se if ready here is my second day still no answer. If it wasn't for my insurance I would of left long time ago. I'm really upset sick and crying cause I don't feel good.

When you call they rush you and are rude. They are often short staffed. Have long lines and can't always get what you need. I get that they are busy but being nice goes a long way.

Deceitful ads. Don't show you discounts while ringing up. Have to wait for receipt to find out they didn't give advertised price. By then you have paid. Digital coupons are a joke. Why force you to scan in store or in app when there is no data inside the store to do it. Already using their rewards program, why the unnecessary hoops?Very few people working registers and long lines to check out.

I would give a zero stars if I could. Drive thru isn’t even open. I call 4 times with no answer because the automated says I don’t have a prescription there. Finally call the regular store and they transfer me. Finally the pharmacy picks up, find my prescription and say it will be 2 hours for eye drops that are already prepackaged and dosed. What the heck? Just awful. Never going here again.

This pharmacy is putting people's lives at risk, by not filling prescriptions in a timely manner. To top it off the pharmacist yells at you that there's over 1100 people ahead of you at this point I asked her how much longer she stated 7-10 more days I stated I have already been waiting over 2 weeks... So to fill my prescription it's going to take over 3 to 4 weeks. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This place is a joke ran by clowns. Drive through is never open, just spent 35 minutes standing in line sick as a dog to be told that a Z pack that was called in on Wednesday was not ready after 2 days. Pathetic

This has to be the most useless people to have ever walked the planet! I have called several days in a row and the phone rings for 15+ minutes and no one ever answers. I called a refill in 2 days after the date give it would be ready, still not ready. Even the automated system says ‘will be ready by X date”. When the date has already passed. Unless you truly hate yourself and want to make sure you have a terrible day every so often I would avoid this place at all cost!!!
