Worst phone assistant ever, does not have an option to explain specific needs. Will not transfer to a real person because it is a stupid machine. If that is what they call artificial intelligence, they are sadly mistaken. It is real stupidity.

Be aware that the store is not on the same side as the sign. Use the other door on the opposite side of the building. It is on the Home and Pharmacy side. Their sign should be relocated. There is a perfect spot for it, and this would save customer frustration. When mentioned to the clerk he said, "Yeah, people complain all the time, but its Wal-Mart, they can put the sign wherever they want."

Treated like a burden old man running the counter looked miserable and wasn’t helpful at all and was very rude and short with with responses. Honest mistake coming to a fedex instead of a ups and was treated like a scrub, crazy wish I got his name

Shipped two boxes quoted me $73 so I said ok, got credit card statement they added $10 extra to my credit card because they said residential is extra $5 per box. They didn't tell that to me when I asked to quote and ship. They literally said it's in small print at bottom of receipt. That's a scam!!!!!!
