I have four Bulldogs. Two of them I rescued. When we brought our first rescue in they made sure to take the upmost care of her. We just recently rescued another and they have showed the same kind of respect and care to him as well. Our other two dogs we recently moved them over here as well since they were at the queen creek veterinary clinic. We took our oldest male in yesterday and they tried for a bit to get him to feel comfortable but my oldest has a lot of anxiety going to the vet so they referred us over to three different places and checked the availability for us! Then today, checked in with me and asked us to update them on the bloodwork results we are waiting for. Even though they are not a full service vet I do appreciate the time and effort they've put into our babies thus far There are great people at the queen creek veterinary clinic, I appreciate everything they've done, they took care of my first two dogs (they were pugs) until the day we had to put them down but I just felt like a dollar sign over there compared to here.

Used to love it here but not anymore. We were taking our dog who has valley fever here because all he needed was medication and a blood panel so this was the best place for it since it WAS affordable. We were charged double the price this last visit because they decided at the last minute our visit was considered a sick visit because we hadn’t been there in the last three months (for valley fever treatment) we already had everything done and then they tell us the price is 358 after they already showed us the price before we went in the room which was waaaay lower. One of the front desk ladies can’t comprehend that two queer girls can own a dog together because she was hounding my fiance on who the real dog owner is, why would I go in the room if hes not my dog?? The older doctor there doesn’t even check your animals charts before looking at them so he doesn’t know anything and then kept calling my dog a she even when i was saying he and even showed him his goods down there! The time before this visit we went, he told us we could give him half the dose so we were doing that and this time he scolded me and said might as well throw the meds in the street because it’s not working. The next few days a different vet calls us who was the female doctor and told us giving him half the dose was good. So now we’re back at square one not knowing what the correct dose it. We will definitely be going somewhere else for a correct opinion.

Wow , Exceptional customer service !! Sometimes it seems to be a thing of the past, But I can tell you our experience with Easy Vet is amazing. The care they provided to our dog was heartfelt. They were genuine in their concerns and the follow up texts and phone calls were over the top amazing. I will recommend them to any one who wants a Vet that cares about your pet !

I don't have enough nice things to say about this place. I took my 18 year old pit bull here in assistance to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The compassion the staff showed me was amazing. They were gentle, quiet, and even said a few things to our sweet girl before she went. My dog didn't seem like "just another patient". It was like she was the only priority at that time. Like there was no one else they were worried about. They were very patient with us as we said our goodbyes. Thank you easy vet!!!

Usually a good experience here, and less expensive than other full service vets! Ladies that work here are nice and Usually the wait to get an appointment isn't too long either.

I recently visited Easy Vet of San Tan Valley with our new puppy - the staff, as usual was kind, professional and gentle toward my new pup (even though he was being difficult for them). However - what led me to add a review for the office, is what I witnessed during my visit. There was an unfortunate situation (which I do not know the details of) and a family had to say goodbye to their four-legged family member. The compassion, understanding, and respect that I saw given toward this family in this time of need brought tears to my own eyes. Thank you for caring about your patients and families so much - I highly recommend this veterinarian office. Thank you for reaffirming why I chose you for my own four-legged family members.

Do not go here - you will get nothing but aggravation and your poor dog will suffer! I brought my pug into them to have her nails trimmed and they found a nail that was too long and said it had gotten infected. I bring both of my dogs here for trims regularly so if nail was too long it was probably because they leave them very long when they trim them. And they said she had an ear infection which they have treated her for before. So my $30 visit was going to be $325. I said fine but after they finished the bill was $485. That is a big difference but I paid. Then her nails were too long on other paw so I had to drive all the way back there for them to re-trim her and here's the best part - they charged me.The meds for her ears were actually working on her as she could hear much better. Then she ran out. So I called and asked them if they could just give her some more as she was responding well. No they would not they made me bring her back in to look at her ears - then they gave me some allergy pill instead and guess what her ears immediately got worse again. So I called again saying I could not afford another office visit BUT they refused to give her the meds that were working. They only want money on unneeded appointments - not to help your dog! I spent over $600 in less than two months with them and was not asking for a narcotic medicine just some ear drops. Do not go here unless your pockets are a deep well.

We just moved to town in May from out of state and we are very picky about who we allow to care for our dogs. We had our first visit and we loved it. They were kind friendly and loved our dogs like we do? animals sense kindness and security and they felt that at Easy Vet clinic. We just found our primary vet? the dogs loved them and felt safe, they are top notch and made us feel like one of them. What a great place to continue to take our dogs we are so happy? thank you Easy Vet Clinic for having such a great staff and knowledge to share and letting us be a part of your clinic?

We have taken several pets here for a few years. They have been nothing but compassionate and helpful during every visit. Even when we had to put our family dog down and they allowed all 5 of my kiddos to be in the room, and gave us all the time we needed. Definitely recommend!!!

God sends for animal owners. I love them. I have brought dogs to them as a volunteer through rescue organizations, but they also got my Ally in this March on practically no notice for them and they treated her like a goddess (it was her time for me to make that unselfish choice and it came on rapid). I won’t bring my dogs anywhere else.

The clinic staff took care of my cat Pasha for 3 years. I could always rely on their advice, which was based on the best interests of my pet. Pasha did not live to be 20 for only a month. A few days ago my pet was diagnosed with oral cancer and the doctor suggested euthanasia. For me it was a complete surprise. The doctor and staff understood this and helped me deal with the shock. I remember with great gratitude their ability to empathize, tact, ability to find the right words for support. They showed great love for Pasha, took care of her comfort during the procedure. They really have hearts of gold.
