Discount tire never fails! Justin took great care of me each time I came in. I was having a bad week with my tires and he listened and got me in within mins of giving my keys to them. The team is outstanding and they are always so professional and knowledgeable I’m glad to have such a great tire shop near by that I know I can rely on if I have any problems! Queen creek team please keep it up you guys rock. Thank you!

If value your time. Make an appointment. And they take walk-ins one at a time and if they have appointments walk-ins wait until a no-show. Just to get tires balanced. I waited almost 4 hours. The guys were fantastic and did an excellent job and really cared for the vehicle but It would have been nice to know that it was going to be a while before they could get to it due to the fact that it was a Walk-In

Had to replace 2 tires unexceptedly on my wife's car. Called Discount Tires in QC and was lucky to have been able to speak with Sergio. Was able to order the tires post haste, store the car at the store overnight and have the tires installed and ready by 2 pm. Super grateful to the attention and care by Sergio, his actions reinforce my decision to continue to patronize this store. Thanks again!

We had an appointment for a single tire change at 10:45 am. Said it would be about an hour. Didn’t take the car back till 12.15 pm. Not ok
