They are hit or miss, better than Walgreens, but something about employees having earbuds in and then asking you to repeat yourself over and over. It is very unprofessional and annoying. Management needs to do a better job. Also, not having medicine in stock or being accurate with the delivery time to give you time to adjust your schedule accordingly. Big issues, but still better than Walgreens

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. As myself and two others waited patiently in line, one of the pharmacy staff came out and shouted in our ear in a rude tone to please move up. I looked in front of me and I was at the beginning of their 'line starts here'. I literally moved my foot a few inches up confused as to why my few inches made a difference considering the two staff members at the counter were already with a customer and my moving up wasn't changing that or helping the process considering I was already standing in the area they designated for customers to stand. When I got up to the counter I had to say my date of birth multiple times. All times, she looked away and was distracted. Then she rudely got upset when she had to ask me yet again because she couldn't retain the attention span to listen to the answer to her question. She then said the prescription wasn't ready. Usually they provide you a time to come back when they can have it available or ask if you'd like to wait in store, but nope. She said sorry, we don't have it, in a rude tone. I asked if they had received the order from the dr. and instead of answering my question, she just said we don't have it. Absolutely no context and lack of communication. At this point I was done with the disrespect and attitude and just told her we would come back later. When I began to turn and walk away the employee said under their breath, why don't you come back tonight. We shopped for a few items and noticed the pharmacy closed for lunch minutes later. Which ironically at that same moment I got a text my prescription was ready. So I ultimately stayed in store until they returned from lunch and got it. The disrespect, unprofessionalism, and total lack of customer service or human discency is unmatched at this store!

Like what is it with people, on hold for 50 minutes for a pharmacist on my third attempt to call. Walgreens is no better, hello automation can't answer everything and I find it hard to believe no one can pick up the phone

There customer service skills suck. They do not bill your insurance even though you asked them too. They make everyone pay because they do not call your insurance for you. They make money off od the sick and old which is disgraceful and not right. They need better custoner service that helps patients nit the companies income.

It's CVS. Get you meds comparable to Walgreens just more convenient. Great place to stop if you forget something and always a surprise or two.

When picking up my prescriptions last night there was one on back order. The girl who was ringing me out replied "um ya I don't know" when I asked when it would be back in stock. When I asked if it was possible, if they could look to see if another location has it, she rolled her eyes and sent me to speak with a gentleman who I believe is the manager of the pharmacy. he had no idea when my prescription would be in stock, nor did he care, all He said to me (no lie) is "life is hard" What a complete ASS! No wonder the staff here is rude! They have a rude rude leader.

CVS had my medicine that other pharmacies did not have. I would recommend trying here first before Safeway and Walmart

Store has a nice selection of things including alcohol. The pharmacy on the other hand is always busy busy busy, meaning yes, whenever I go it's always a long wait in line. Staff is mostly friendly but they seem to be kinda all over the place.

I always come here for my vitamins. More often than not they're buy 1 get 1 free & it's the closest CVS to my house. Sign up for their emails and you can stack your coupons on your cvs store card, as well as getting an extra money off coupon available to use for a few weeks of your birthday month. The store employees are so friendly and helpful, unlike most people that review this location I haven't run into the unhelpful one(s).

They close at 10:00 pm on Saturday's and I got there at 9:50. The staff were locking the doors and walking out to their cars 10 min before the doors are to be even locked.

I truly hate to be that person but there is just nothing nice to say about my 4 year experiences with this pharmacy location. Every time I try and pick up a prescription through the drive thru, I am directed to go inside to the drop off counter to give them a Copay Savings Card number so I don’t have a $400 co-pay; even though one in particular that my son has been on for MONTHS. Then when I go in, see the person at the drop off counter, they make the adjustments and ask me to wait until my name is called because they “just need to reprint the paperwork”. After waiting in the lobby area for 20-30 min, I end up getting back into the always long line to get seen at the pick up counter and wait another 15 min or so. Then when I ask for the prescription, it’s either a scramble to find the already prepared prescription or they just give a insincere apology and move on to the next like it wasn’t already a inconvenience that I waited 15-20 min at the drive thru, get down and get inside to wait another 20-30 in the lobby, just to get back in another line for 15-20 min. I have a lot of patience and never complain about it. But today took the cake, especially after witnessing it happen to another customer who was waiting in the lobby as well and singing gospel songs “for an hour” while others just stood in line and were able to get their medications in a timely manner. Today was ridiculous and the worst experience yet.

Don't come here if you're on a time constraint or don't like waiting an hour for your prescriptions. I had my prescriptions sent the day before and decided not to pick them up the same day due to the long delay I seem to experience every time I come here. Thinking I was ahead of the game and that I'd get the meds in a prompt fashion, jokes on me! The pick up drive through had more than 10 cars, and the waiting area for prescription pick up had 6 people ahead of me, on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30. The employees are kind and professional. However, the lack of prompt service is disappointing.

5 ⭐️because compared to the only other competition, CVS is so much better than Walgreens. Better stock, better selections, nicer environment & faster lines. Walgreens sells a fraction of the hair products CVS has & only CVS carries mine.

Very slow. Also these guys are slow in the head. My prescriptions are covered by insurance and they told me two separate times I wasn't covered. Found out they were entering my information incorrectly. Pretty sure their only qualification to work in the pharmacy is if they stick a mirror under their nose and it fogs up.
